19 Sono usciti di fra noi, ma non erano de’ nostri; perché, se fossero stati de’ nostri, sarebbero rimasti con noi; ma sono usciti affinché fossero manifestati e si vedesse che non tutti sono dei nostri.

They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed that none of them belonged to us.
