1 E que’ di Chiriat-iearim vennero, e ne menarono l’Arca del Signore, e la condussero nella casa di Abinadab, sul colle; e consacrarono Eleazaro, figliuolo di esso, per guardar l’Arca del Signore.

So the men of Kiriath Jearim came and took up the ark of the LORD. They brought it to Abinadab’s house on the hill and consecrated Eleazar his son to guard the ark of the LORD.
