13 Allora Samuele disse a Saul: "Tu hai agito stoltamente; non hai osservato il comandamento che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti avea dato. L’Eterno avrebbe stabilito il tuo regno sopra Israele in perpetuo;

“You have done a foolish thing,” Samuel said. “You have not kept the command the LORD your God gave you; if you had, he would have established your kingdom over Israel for all time.
