1 Wǔ xún jiē dào le , méntǔ dōu jùjí zaì yī chù .
1 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.
2 Hūrán cōng tiān shàng yǒu xiǎngshēng xià lái , hǎoxiàng yī zhèn dà fēng chuī guō , chōngmǎn le tāmen suǒ zuò de wūzi .
2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.
3 Yòu yǒu shétou rú huǒyàn xiǎnxiàn chūlai , fēnkāi luō zaì tāmen gèrén tóu shàng .
3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.
4 Tāmen jiù dōu beì Shènglíng chōngmǎn , àn zhe Shènglíng suǒ cì de kǒu cái , shuō qǐ biè guó de huà lái .
4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

5 Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven.

9 Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,
10 Fú lǚ jiā , páng fēi Lìyà , Āijí de rén , bìng kàojìn Gǔlìnaì de lǚ bǐ yà yī daì dìfang de rén , cōng Luómǎ lái de kèlǚ zhōng , huò shì Yóutaìrén , huò shì jìn Yóutaì jiāo de rén ,
10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome
11 Gé lī dǐ hé yà lá bó rén , dōu tīngjian tāmen yòng wǒmen de xiāng tán , jiǎng shuō shén de dà néng zuòwéi .
11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs—we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!”
12 Zhòngrén jiù dōu jīngyà cāiyí , bǐcǐ shuō , zhè shì shénme yìsi ne .
12 Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another, “What does this mean?”
13 Hái yǒu rén jīqiào shuō , tāmen wúfēi shì xīn jiǔ guàn mǎn le .
13 Some, however, made fun of them and said, “They have had too much wine.”
14 Bǐdé hé shí yī gè shǐtú , zhàn qǐ , gāo shēng shuō , Yóutaìrén , hé yīqiè zhù zaì Yēlùsǎlĕng de rén nǎ , zhèxie shì nǐmen dàng zhīdào , yĕ dàng zè ĕr tīng wǒde huà .
14 Then Peter stood up with the Eleven, raised his voice and addressed the crowd: “Fellow Jews and all of you who live in Jerusalem, let me explain this to you; listen carefully to what I say.
15 Nǐmen xiǎng zhèxie rén shì zuì le , qíshí bù shì zuì le , yīnwei shíhou gāng dào sìchū .
15 These people are not drunk, as you suppose. It’s only nine in the morning!
16 Zhè zhēng shì xiānzhī yuē Ěr suǒ shuō de . shén shuō , zaì mòhòu de rìzi , wǒ yào jiāng wǒde líng jiāo guàn fán yǒu xuèqì de .
16 No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
17 Shén shuō , zaì mòhòu de rìzi , wǒ yào jiāng wǒde líng jiāo guàn fán yǒu xuèqì de . nǐmen de érnǚ yào shuō yùyán . nǐmen de shàonián rén yào jiàn yìxiàng . lǎo nián rén yào zuò yì mèng .
17 “ ‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.
18 Zaì nàxiē rìzi , wǒ yào jiāng wǒde líng jiāo guàn wǒde púrén hé shǐnǚ , tāmen jiù yào shuō yùyán .
18 Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.
19 Zaì tiān shàng wǒ yào xiǎn chū qí shì , zaì dì xià wǒ yào xiǎn chūshén jī , yǒu xuè , yǒu huǒ , yǒu yān wù .
19 I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.
20 Rìtou yào biàn wéi hēiàn , yuèliang yào biàn wéi xuè , zhè dōu zaì zhǔ dà ér míngxiǎn de rìzi wèi dào yǐqián .
20 The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.
21 Dào nàshíhòu , fán qiúgào zhǔ míng de , jiù bì déjiù .
21 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’
22 Yǐsèliè rén nǎ , qǐng tīng wǒde huà . shén jiè zhe Násǎlè rén Yēsū , zaì nǐmen zhōngjiān shīxíng yìnéng , qí shì , shénjī , jiāng tā zhèngmíng chūlai , zhè shì nǐmen zìjǐ zhīdào de .
22 “Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.
23 Tā jì àn zhe shén de déng zhǐ xiān jiǎn , beì jiāo yǔ rén , nǐmen jiù jiè zhe wúfǎ zhī rén de shǒu , bǎ tā déng zaì shízìjià shǎng shā le .
23 This man was handed over to you by God’s deliberate plan and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross.
24 Shén què jiāng sǐ de tòngkǔ jiĕ shì le , jiào tā fùhuó . yīnwei tā yuán bùnéng beì sǐ jū jìn .
24 But God raised him from the dead, freeing him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him.
25 Dàwèi zhí zhe tā shuō , wǒ kànjian zhǔ cháng zaì wǒ yǎnqián , tā zaì wǒ yòubiān , jiào wǒ búzhìyú yáodòng .
25 David said about him: “ ‘I saw the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.
26 Suǒyǐ wǒ xīnli huānxǐ , wǒde líng ( yuánwén zuò shé ) kuaìlè . bìngqiĕ wǒde ròushēn yào ān jū zaì zhǐwang zhòng .
26 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest in hope,
27 Yīn nǐ bì bù jiāng wǒde línghún piĕ zaì yīnjiān , yĕ bù jiào nǐde shèng zhĕ jiàn xiǔ huaì .
27 because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, you will not let your holy one see decay.
28 Nǐ yǐ jiāng shēngmìng de dàolù zhǐshì wǒ , bì jiào wǒ yīn jiàn nǐde miàn , ( huò zuò jiào wǒ zaì nǐ miànqián ) dé zhe mǎnzū de kuaìlè .
28 You have made known to me the paths of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence.’
29 Dìxiōng men , xiān zǔ Dàwèi de shì , wǒ kĕyǐ míng míng de duì nǐmen shuō , tā sǐ le , yĕ zàng mái le , bìngqiĕ tāde fùnmù , zhídào jīnrì hái zaì wǒmen zhèlǐ .
29 “Fellow Israelites, I can tell you confidently that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day.
30 Dàwèi jì shì xiānzhī , yòu xiǎodé shén céng xiàng tā qǐshì , yào cōng tāde hòuyì zhòng , lì yī wèi zuò zaì tā bǎozuò shàng .
30 But he was a prophet and knew that God had promised him on oath that he would place one of his descendants on his throne.
31 Jiù yùxiān kàn míng zhè shì , jiǎnglùn Jīdū fùhuó shuō , tāde línghún , bù piĕ zaì yīnjiān , tāde ròushēn , yĕ bù jiàn xiǔ huaì .
31 Seeing what was to come, he spoke of the resurrection of the Messiah, that he was not abandoned to the realm of the dead, nor did his body see decay.
32 Zhè Yēsū , shén yǐjing jiào tā fùhuó le , wǒmen dōu wéi zhè shì zuò jiànzhèng .
32 God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it.
33 Tā jì beì shén de yòushǒu gāo jǔ , ( huò zuò tā jì gāo jǔ zaì shén de yòubiān ) yòu cōng fù shòu le suǒ yīngxǔ de Shènglíng , jiù bǎ nǐmen suǒ kànjian suǒ tīngjian de , jiāo guàn xià lái .
33 Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.
34 Dàwèi bìng méiyǒu shēng dào tiān shàng , dàn zìjǐ shuō , zhǔ duì wǒ shuō , nǐ zuò zaì wǒde yòubiān ,
34 For David did not ascend to heaven, and yet he said, “ ‘The Lord said to my Lord: “Sit at my right hand
35 Dĕng wǒ shǐ nǐ chóudí zuò nǐde jiǎo dèng .
35 until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.” ’
36 Gùcǐ , Yǐsèliè quán jiā dàng quèshí de zhīdào , nǐmen déng zaì shízìjià shàng de zhè wèi Yēsū , shén yǐjing lì tā wéi zhǔ wéi Jīdū le .
36 “Therefore let all Israel be assured of this: God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.”
37 Zhòngrén tīngjian zhè huà , juéde zhā xīn , jiù duì Bǐdé hé qíyú de shǐtú shuō , dìxiōng men , wǒmen dàng zĕnyàng xíng .
37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
38 Bǐdé shuō , nǐmen gèrén yào huǐgǎi , fèng Yēsū Jīdū de míng shòuxǐ , jiào nǐmen de zuì dé shè , jiù bì lǐngshòu suǒ cì de Shènglíng .
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 Yīnwei zhè yīngxǔ shì gĕi nǐmen , hé nǐmen de érnǚ , bìng yīqiè zaì yuǎnfāng de rén , jiù shì zhǔ wǒmen shén suǒ shào lái de .
39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”
40 Bǐdé hái yòng xǔduō huà zuò jiànzhèng , quànmiǎn tāmen shuō , nǐmen dàng jiù zìjǐ tuōlí zhè wānqū de shìdaì .
40 With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.”
41 Yúshì lǐngshòu tāmende rén , jiù shòu le xǐ , nà yī tiān , méntǔ yuē tiān le sān qiā rén .
41 Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.
42 Dōu héngxīn zūnshǒu shǐtú de jiàoxun , bǐcǐ jiāo jiē , bò bǐng , qídǎo .
42 They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
43 Zhòngrén dōu jùpà . shǐtú yòu xíng le xǔduō qí shì shénjī .
43 Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles.
44 Xìn de rén dōu zaì yī chù , fán wù gōng yòng .
44 All the believers were together and had everything in common.
45 Bìngqiĕ maì le tián chǎn jiāyè , zhào gèrén suǒ xū yòng de fèn gĕi gèrén .
45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.
46 Tāmen tiāntiān tóngxīn héyì , héng qiè de zaì diàn lǐ qiĕ zaì jiā zhōng bò bǐng , cún zhe huānxǐ chéngshí de xīn yòng fàn ,
46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,
47 Zànmĕi shén , dé zhòng mín de xǐaì . zhǔ jiāng déjiù de rén , tiāntiān jiā gĕi tāmen .
47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
