1 Mĕi fùng qī nián mò yī nián , nǐ yào shīxíng huō miǎn .
1 At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts.
2 Huō miǎn de dénglì nǎi shì zhèyàng , fán zhaì zhǔ yào bǎ suǒ jiè gĕi línshè de huō miǎn le . bùkĕ xiàng línshè hé dìxiōng zhuī tǎo , yīnwei Yēhéhuá de huō miǎn nián yǐjing xuāngào le .
2 This is how it is to be done: Every creditor shall cancel any loan they have made to a fellow Israelite. They shall not require payment from anyone among their own people, because the LORD’s time for canceling debts has been proclaimed.
3 Ruò jiè gĕi waìbāngrén , nǐ kĕyǐ xiàng tā zhuī tǎo . dàn jiè gĕi nǐ dìxiōng , wúlùn shì shénme , nǐ yào sōng shǒu huō miǎn le .
3 You may require payment from a foreigner, but you must cancel any debt your fellow Israelite owes you.
4 Nǐ ruò liúyì tīng cóng Yēhéhuá nǐ shén de huà , jǐn shǒu zūnxíng wǒ jīnrì suǒ fēnfu nǐ zhè yīqiè de mìnglìng , jiù bì zaì nǐmen zhōngjiān méiyǒu qióngrén le ( zaì Yēhéhuá nǐ shén suǒ cì nǐ wéi yè de dì shàng , Yēhéhuá bì dàdà cì fú yǔ nǐ ) .
4 However, there need be no poor people among you, for in the land the LORD your God is giving you to possess as your inheritance, he will richly bless you,
5
5 if only you fully obey the LORD your God and are careful to follow all these commands I am giving you today.
6 Yīnwei Yēhéhuá nǐde shén bì zhào tā suǒ yīngxǔ nǐde cì fú yǔ nǐ . nǐ bì jiè gĕi xǔduō guó mín , què bú zhì xiàng tāmen jiè daì . nǐ bì guǎnxiá xǔduō guó mín , tāmen què bùnéng guǎnxiá nǐ .
6 For the LORD your God will bless you as he has promised, and you will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. You will rule over many nations but none will rule over you.
7 Zaì Yēhéhuá nǐ shén suǒ cì nǐde dì shàng , wúlùn nǎ yī zuò chéng lǐ , nǐ dìxiōng zhōng ruò yǒu yī gè qióngrén , nǐ bùkĕ rĕn zhe xīn , £¿ £¿ zhe shǒu bú bāng bǔ nǐ qióngfá de dìxiōng .
7 If anyone is poor among your fellow Israelites in any of the towns of the land the LORD your God is giving you, do not be hardhearted or tightfisted toward them.
8 Zǒng yào xiàng tā sōng kāi shǒu , zhào tā suǒ quē fá de jiè gĕi tā , bǔ tāde bùzú .
8 Rather, be openhanded and freely lend them whatever they need.
9 Nǐ yào jǐnshèn , bùkĕ xīnli qǐ è niàn , shuō , dì qī nián de huō miǎn nián kuaì dào le , nǐ biàn è yǎn kān nǐ qióngfá de dìxiōng , shénme dōu bú gĕi tā , yǐzhì tā yīn nǐ qiúgào Yēhéhuá , zuì biàn guīyú nǐ le .
9 Be careful not to harbor this wicked thought: “The seventh year, the year for canceling debts, is near,” so that you do not show ill will toward the needy among your fellow Israelites and give them nothing. They may then appeal to the LORD against you, and you will be found guilty of sin.
10 Nǐ zǒng yào gĕi tā , gĕi tāde shíhou xīnli bùkĕ chóu fán . yīn Yēhéhuá nǐde shén bì zaì nǐ zhè yīqiè suǒ xíng de , bìng nǐ shǒu lǐ suǒ bàn de shì shàng , cì fú yǔ nǐ .
10 Give generously to them and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to.
11 Yuánlái nà dì shàng de qióngrén yǒng bú duàn jué . suǒyǐ wǒ fēnfu nǐ shuō , zǒng yào xiàng nǐ dì shàng kùnkǔ qióngfá de dìxiōng sōng kāi shǒu .
11 There will always be poor people in the land. Therefore I command you to be openhanded toward your fellow Israelites who are poor and needy in your land.
12 Nǐ dìxiōng zhōng , ruò yǒu yī gè Xībólái nánrén huò Xībólái nǚrén beì maì gĕi nǐ , fúshì nǐ liù nián , dào dì qī nián jiù yào rén tā zìyóu chū qù .
12 If any of your people—Hebrew men or women—sell themselves to you and serve you six years, in the seventh year you must let them go free.
13 Nǐ rén tā zìyóu de shíhou , bùkĕ shǐ tā kōng shǒu ér qù ,
13 And when you release them, do not send them away empty-handed.
14 Yào cóng nǐ yáng qún , hécháng , jiǔ zhà zhī zhōng duō duō dì gĕi tā . Yēhéhuá nǐde shén zĕnyàng cì fú yǔ nǐ , nǐ yĕ yào zhàoyàng gĕi tā .
14 Supply them liberally from your flock, your threshing floor and your winepress. Give to them as the LORD your God has blessed you.
15 Yào jìniàn nǐ zaì Āijí dì zuò guō núpú , Yēhéhuá nǐde shén jiāng nǐ jiùshú . yīncǐ , wǒ jīnrì fēnfu nǐ zhè jiàn shì .
15 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you. That is why I give you this command today.
16 Tā ruò duì nǐ shuō , wǒ bú yuànyì líkāi nǐ , shì yīn tā aì nǐ hé nǐde jia , qiĕ yīn zaì nǐ nàli hĕn hǎo ,
16 But if your servant says to you, “I do not want to leave you,” because he loves you and your family and is well off with you,
17 Nǐ jiù yào ná zhuīzi jiàng tāde ĕrduo zaì mén shàng cī tòu , tā biàn yǒng wéi nǐde núpú le . nǐ daì bìnǚ yĕ yào zhèyàng .
17 then take an awl and push it through his earlobe into the door, and he will become your servant for life. Do the same for your female servant.
18 Nǐ rén tā zìyóu de shíhou , bùkĕ yǐwéi nán shì , yīn tā fúshì nǐ liù nián , jiàobǐ gùgōng de gōngjià duō jiā yī beì le . Yēhéhuá nǐde shén jiù bì zaì nǐ suǒ zuò de yīqiè shì shàng cì fú yǔ nǐ .
18 Do not consider it a hardship to set your servant free, because their service to you these six years has been worth twice as much as that of a hired hand. And the LORD your God will bless you in everything you do.
19 Nǐ niú qún yáng qún zhōng tóushēng de , fán shì gōng de , dōu yào fēnbié wéi shèng , guī Yēhéhuá nǐde shén . niú qún zhōng tóushēng de , bùkĕ yòng tā gēngdì . yáng qún zhōng tóushēng de , bùkĕ jiǎn maó .
19 Set apart for the LORD your God every firstborn male of your herds and flocks. Do not put the firstborn of your cows to work, and do not shear the firstborn of your sheep.
20 Zhè tóushēng de , nǐ hé nǐde jiā zhǔ , mĕi nián yào zaì Yēhéhuá suǒ xuǎnzé de dìfang , zaì Yēhéhuá nǐ shén miànqián chī .
20 Each year you and your family are to eat them in the presence of the LORD your God at the place he will choose.
21 Zhè tóushēng de ruò yǒu shénme cánji , jiù rú quètuǐ de , xiāyǎn de , wúlùn yǒu shénme è cánji , dōu bùkĕ xiàn gĕi Yēhéhuá nǐde shén .
21 If an animal has a defect, is lame or blind, or has any serious flaw, you must not sacrifice it to the LORD your God.
22 Kĕyǐ zaì nǐ chéng lǐ chī . jiéjìng rén yǔ bú jiéjìng rén dōu kĕyǐ chī , jiù rú chī líng yáng yǔ lù yìbān .
22 You are to eat it in your own towns. Both the ceremonially unclean and the clean may eat it, as if it were gazelle or deer.
23 Zhǐshì bùkĕ chī tā de xuè . yào dǎo zaì dì shàng , rútóng dǎo shuǐ yíyàng .
23 But you must not eat the blood; pour it out on the ground like water.
