1 Móxī qù gàosu Yǐsèliè zhòngrén

Then Moses went out and spoke these words to all Israel:
2 Shuō , wǒ xiànzaì yī bǎi èr shí suì le , bùnéng zhào cháng chūrù . Yēhéhuá yĕ céng duì wǒ shuō , nǐ bì bùdé guō zhè Yuēdànhé .

“I am now a hundred and twenty years old and I am no longer able to lead you. The LORD has said to me, ‘You shall not cross the Jordan.’
3 Yēhéhuá nǐmen de shén bì yǐndǎo nǐmen guō qù , jiāng zhèxie guó mín zaì nǐmen miànqián mièjué , nǐmen jiù de tāmende dì . Yuēshūyà bì yǐndǎo nǐmen guō qù , zhēng rú Yēhéhuá suǒ shuō de .

The LORD your God himself will cross over ahead of you. He will destroy these nations before you, and you will take possession of their land. Joshua also will cross over ahead of you, as the LORD said.
4 Yēhéhuá bì daì tāmen , rútóng cóng qián daì tā suǒ mièjué de yà Mólì èr wáng Xīhóng yǔ è yǐjí tāmende guó yíyàng .

And the LORD will do to them what he did to Sihon and Og, the kings of the Amorites, whom he destroyed along with their land.
5 Yēhéhuá bìjiāng tāmen jiāo gĕi nǐmen . nǐmen yào zhào wǒ suǒ fēnfu de yīqiè mìnglìng daì tāmen .

The LORD will deliver them to you, and you must do to them all that I have commanded you.
6 Nǐmen dàng gāngqiáng zhuàng dǎn , búyào haìpà , yĕ búyào wèijù tāmen , yīnwei Yēhéhuá nǐde shén hé nǐ tóng qù . tā bì bú piĕ xià nǐ , yĕ bú diūqì nǐ .

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
7 Móxī zhào le Yuēshūyà lái , zaì Yǐsèliè zhòngrén yǎnqián duì tā shuō , nǐ dàng gāngqiáng zhuàng dǎn . yīnwei , nǐ yào hé zhè bǎixìng yītóng jìnrù Yēhéhuá xiàng tāmen lièzǔ qǐshì yīngxǔ suǒ cì zhī dì . nǐ yĕ yào shǐ tāmen chéngshòu nà dì wéi yè .

Then Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the presence of all Israel, “Be strong and courageous, for you must go with this people into the land that the LORD swore to their ancestors to give them, and you must divide it among them as their inheritance.
8 Yēhéhuá bì zaì nǐ qiánmian xíng . tā bì yǔ nǐ tóng zaì , bì bú piĕ xià nǐ , yĕ bú diūqì nǐ . búyào jùpà , yĕ búyào jīng huáng .

The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
9 Móxī jiāng zhè lǜfǎ xiĕ chūlai , jiāo gĕi tái Yēhéhuá yuē jǔ de jìsī Lìwèi zǐsūn hé Yǐsèliè de zhòng zhǎnglǎo .

So Moses wrote down this law and gave it to the Levitical priests, who carried the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and to all the elders of Israel.
10 Móxī fēnfu tāmen shuō , mĕi fùng qī nián de mò yī nián , jiù zaì huō miǎn nián de déng qī zhù péng jié de shíhou ,

Then Moses commanded them: “At the end of every seven years, in the year for canceling debts, during the Festival of Tabernacles,
11 Yǐsèliè zhòngrén lái dào Yēhéhuá nǐ shén suǒ xuǎnzé de dìfang chaójiàn tā . nàshí , nǐ yào zaì Yǐsèliè zhòngrén miànqián jiàng zhè lǜfǎ niàn gĕi tāmen tīng .

when all Israel comes to appear before the LORD your God at the place he will choose, you shall read this law before them in their hearing.
12 Yào zhāo jù tāmen nán , nǚ , háizi , bìng chéng lǐ jìjū de , shǐ tāmen tīng , shǐ tāmen xuéxí , hǎo jìngwèi Yēhéhuá nǐmen de shén , jǐn shǒu , zūnxíng zhè lǜfǎ de yīqiè huà ,

Assemble the people—men, women and children, and the foreigners residing in your towns—so they can listen and learn to fear the LORD your God and follow carefully all the words of this law.
13 Yĕ shǐ tāmen wèicéng xiǎodé zhè lǜfǎ de érnǚ déyǐ tīngjian , xuéxí jìngwèi Yēhéhuá nǐmen de shén , zaì nǐmen guō Yuēdànhé yào de wéi yè zhī dì , cún huó de rìzi , chángcháng zhèyàng xíng .

Their children, who do not know this law, must hear it and learn to fear the LORD your God as long as you live in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.”
14 Yēhéhuá duì Móxī shuō , nǐde sǐ qī línjìn le . yào zhào Yuēshūyà lái , nǐmen èr rén zhàn zaì huì mù lǐ , wǒ hǎo zhǔfu tā . yúshì Móxī hé Yuēshūyà qù zhàn zaì huì mù lǐ .

The LORD said to Moses, “Now the day of your death is near. Call Joshua and present yourselves at the tent of meeting, where I will commission him.” So Moses and Joshua came and presented themselves at the tent of meeting.
15 Yēhéhuá zaì huì mù lǐ yún zhù zhōng xiǎnxiàn , yún zhù tíng zaì huì mù mén yǐshàng .

Then the LORD appeared at the tent in a pillar of cloud, and the cloud stood over the entrance to the tent.
16 Yēhéhuá yòu duì Móxī shuō , nǐ bì hé nǐ lièzǔ tóng shuì . zhè bǎixìng yào qǐlai , zaì tāmen suǒ yào qù de dì shàng , zaì nà dì de rén zhōng , suícóng waì bāng shén xíng xié yín , lí qì wǒ , wéibeì wǒ yǔ tāmen suǒ lì de yuē .

And the LORD said to Moses: “You are going to rest with your ancestors, and these people will soon prostitute themselves to the foreign gods of the land they are entering. They will forsake me and break the covenant I made with them.
17 Nàshí , wǒde nùqì bì xiàng tāmen fā zuò . wǒ yĕ bì lí qì tāmen , yǎn miàn bú gù tāmen , yǐzhì tāmen beì tūn miè , bìng yǒu xǔduō de huòhuàn zāinàn líndào tāmen . nà rì tāmen bì shuō , zhèxie huòhuàn líndào wǒmen , qǐbù shì yīn wǒmen de shén bú zaì wǒmen zhōngjiān má ?

And in that day I will become angry with them and forsake them; I will hide my face from them, and they will be destroyed. Many disasters and calamities will come on them, and in that day they will ask, ‘Have not these disasters come on us because our God is not with us?’
18 Nàshí , yīn tāmen piān xiàng bié shén suǒ xíng de yīqiè è , wǒ bìdéng yǎn miàn bú gù tāmen .

And I will certainly hide my face in that day because of all their wickedness in turning to other gods.
19 Xiànzaì nǐ yào xiĕ yī piān gē , jiàodǎo Yǐsèliè rén , chuán gĕi tāmen , shǐ zhè gē jiànzhèng tāmende bú shì .

“Now write down this song and teach it to the Israelites and have them sing it, so that it may be a witness for me against them.
20 Yīnwei wǒ jiàng tāmen lǐng jìn wǒ xiàng tāmen lièzǔ qǐshì yīngxǔ nà liú nǎi yǔ mì zhī dì , tāmen zaì nàli chī de bǎozú , shēntǐ féi pàng , jiù bì piān xiàng bié shén , shìfèng tāmen , miǎoshì wǒ , beìqì wǒde yuē .

When I have brought them into the land flowing with milk and honey, the land I promised on oath to their ancestors, and when they eat their fill and thrive, they will turn to other gods and worship them, rejecting me and breaking my covenant.
21 Nàshí , yǒu xǔduō huòhuàn zāinàn líndào tāmen , zhè gē bì zaì tāmen miànqián zuò jiànzhèng , tāmen hòu ! yì de kǒu zhōng bì niàn sòng bú wáng . wǒ wèi lǐng tāmen dào wǒ suǒ qǐshì yīngxǔ zhī dì yǐ xiān , tāmen suǒ huái de yìniàn wǒ dōu zhīdào le .

And when many disasters and calamities come on them, this song will testify against them, because it will not be forgotten by their descendants. I know what they are disposed to do, even before I bring them into the land I promised them on oath.”
22 Dàng rì Móxī jiù xiĕ le yī piān gē , jiàodǎo Yǐsèliè rén .

So Moses wrote down this song that day and taught it to the Israelites.
23 Yēhéhuá zhǔfu nèn de érzi Yuēshūyà shuō , nǐ dàng gāngqiáng zhuàng dǎn , yīnwei nǐ bì lǐng Yǐsèliè rén jìn wǒ suǒ qǐshì yīngxǔ tāmende dì . wǒ bì yǔ nǐ tóng zaì .

The LORD gave this command to Joshua son of Nun: “Be strong and courageous, for you will bring the Israelites into the land I promised them on oath, and I myself will be with you.”
24 Móxī jiàng zhè lǜfǎ de huà xiĕ zaì shū shàng , jízhì xiĕ wán le ,

After Moses finished writing in a book the words of this law from beginning to end,
25 Jiù fēnfu tái Yēhéhuá yuē jǔ de Lìwèi rén shuō ,

he gave this command to the Levites who carried the ark of the covenant of the LORD:
26 Jiàng zhè lǜfǎ shū fàng zaì Yēhéhuá nǐmen shén de yuē jǔ páng , kĕyǐ zaì nàli jiànzhèng Yǐsèliè rén de bú shì .

“Take this Book of the Law and place it beside the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God. There it will remain as a witness against you.
27 Yīnwei wǒ zhīdào nǐmen shì beìnì de , shì yìng zhe jǐngxiàng de . wǒ jīnrì hái huó zhe yǔ nǐmen tóng zaì , nǐmen shàngqiĕ beìnì Yēhéhuá , hékuàng wǒ sǐ hòu ne ,
27
For I know how rebellious and stiff-necked you are. If you have been rebellious against the LORD while I am still alive and with you, how much more will you rebel after I die!
28 Nǐmen yào jiàng nǐmen zhīpaì de zhòng zhǎnglǎo hé guān zhǎng dōu zhāo jù le lái , wǒ hǎo jiàng zhèxie huà shuō yǔ tāmen tīng , bìng hū tiān huàn dì jiànzhèng tāmende bú shì .

Assemble before me all the elders of your tribes and all your officials, so that I can speak these words in their hearing and call the heavens and the earth to testify against them.
29 Wǒ zhīdào wǒ sǐ hòu , nǐmen bì quán rán baìhuaì , piānlí wǒ suǒ fēnfu nǐmen de dào , xíng Yēhéhuá yǎn zhōng kàn wéi è de shì , yǐ shǒu suǒ zuò de rĕ tā fānù . rìhòu bì yǒu huòhuàn líndào nǐmen .

For I know that after my death you are sure to become utterly corrupt and to turn from the way I have commanded you. In days to come, disaster will fall on you because you will do evil in the sight of the LORD and arouse his anger by what your hands have made.”
30 Móxī jiàng zhè yī piān gē de huà dōu shuō yǔ Yǐsèliè quánhuì zhòng tīng .

And Moses recited the words of this song from beginning to end in the hearing of the whole assembly of Israel:
