Hebrews 13:15-25

WEB 15 Through him, then, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name. NIV 15 Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name. WEB 16 But don't forget to be doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. NIV 16 And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. WEB 17 Obey those who have the rule over you, and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy, and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you. NIV 17 Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you. WEB 18 Pray for us, for we are persuaded that we have a good conscience, desiring to live honorably in all things. NIV 18 Pray for us. We are sure that we have a clear conscience and desire to live honorably in every way. WEB 19 I strongly urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you sooner. NIV 19 I particularly urge you to pray so that I may be restored to you soon. WEB 20 Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus, NIV 20 Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, WEB 21 make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen. NIV 21 equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. WEB 22 But I exhort you, brothers, endure the word of exhortation, for I have written to you in few words. NIV 22 Brothers and sisters, I urge you to bear with my word of exhortation, for in fact I have written to you quite briefly. WEB 23 Know that our brother Timothy has been freed, with whom, if he comes shortly, I will see you. NIV 23 I want you to know that our brother Timothy has been released. If he arrives soon, I will come with him to see you. WEB 24 Greet all of your leaders and all the saints. The Italians greet you. NIV 24 Greet all your leaders and all the Lord’s people. Those from Italy send you their greetings. WEB 25 Grace be with you all. Amen. NIV 25 Grace be with you all.
