12 Efrayim surrounds me with falsehood, And the house of Yisra'el with deceit; And Yehudah still us unruly with God, And is unfaithful to the Holy One.

Ephraim has surrounded me with lies, Israel with deceit. And Judah is unruly against God, even against the faithful Holy One.
