Send lambs as tribute to the ruler of the land, from Sela, across the desert, to the mount of Daughter Zion.
2 Móyē de jūmín , ( jūmín yuánwén zuò nǚzi ) zaì Yànèn dùkǒu , bì xiàng yóu fēi de niǎo , rú chāi wō de chú .

Like fluttering birds pushed from the nest, so are the women of Moab at the fords of the Arnon.
3 Qiú nǐ xiàn móu lüè , xíng gōngping , shǐ nǐde yǐng zǐ zaì wǔ jiān rú hēi yè , yǐncáng beì gǎnsàn de rén , bùkĕ xiǎnlù taó mín .

“Make up your mind,” Moab says. “Render a decision. Make your shadow like night— at high noon. Hide the fugitives, do not betray the refugees.
4 Qiú nǐ róng wǒ zhè beì gǎnsàn de rén hé nǐ tóngjū . zhìyú Móyē , qiú nǐ zuò tāde yǐn mì chù tuōlí miè méng zhĕ de miàn . lèsuǒ rén de guīyú wú yǒu , huǐmiè de shì zhǐxī le , qīyē rén de cóng guó zhōng chúmiĕ le .

Let the Moabite fugitives stay with you; be their shelter from the destroyer.” The oppressor will come to an end, and destruction will cease; the aggressor will vanish from the land.
5 Bì yǒu bǎozuò yīn cíaì jiān lì . bì yǒu yī wèi chéng chéngshí shí zuò zaì qí shang , zaì Dàwèi zhàng mù zhōng shīxíng shĕnpàn , xúnqiú gōngping , sù xíng gōngyì .

In love a throne will be established; in faithfulness a man will sit on it— one from the house of David— one who in judging seeks justice and speeds the cause of righteousness.
6 Wǒmen tīngshuō Móyē rén jiāoào , shì jíqí jiāoào , tīngshuō tā kuáng wàng , jiāoào , fèn nù , tā kuā dà de huà , shì xū kōng de .

We have heard of Moab’s pride— how great is her arrogance!— of her conceit, her pride and her insolence; but her boasts are empty.
7 Yīncǐ , Móyē rén bì wèi Móyē āi haó , rénrén dōu yào āi haó . nǐmen Móyē rén yào wèi jí Ěr hā liè shè de pútào bǐng āi tàn , jíqí yōushāng .

Therefore the Moabites wail, they wail together for Moab. Lament and grieve for the raisin cakes of Kir Hareseth.
8 Yīnwei Xīshíbĕn de tiándì , hé Xībǐmǎ de pútàoshù , dōu shuāi cán le . liè guó de jūn zhǔ zhé duàn qí shang mĕihǎo de zhīzǐ . zhè zhīzǐ zhǎng dào Yǎxiè yán dào kuàngyĕ . nèn zhī xiàng waì tàn chū , zhí tàn guo Yánhǎi .

The fields of Heshbon wither, the vines of Sibmah also. The rulers of the nations have trampled down the choicest vines, which once reached Jazer and spread toward the desert. Their shoots spread out and went as far as the sea.
9 Yīncǐ , wǒ yào wèi Xībǐmǎ de pútàoshù āikū , yǔ Yǎxiè rén āikū yíyàng . Xīshíbĕn , Yǐlìyà lì a , wǒ yào yǐ yǎnleì jiāo guàn nǐ . yīnwei yǒu jiāo zhàn nè hǎn de shēngyīn , líndào nǐ xiàtiān de guǒzi , bìng nǐ shōugē de zhuāngjia .

So I weep, as Jazer weeps, for the vines of Sibmah. Heshbon and Elealeh, I drench you with tears! The shouts of joy over your ripened fruit and over your harvests have been stilled.
10 Cóng féimĕi de tián zhōng , duó qù le huānxǐ kuaìlè . zaì pútaóyuán lǐ , bì wú gē chàng , yĕ wú huānlè de shēngyīn . chuaì jiǔ de zaì jiǔ zhà zhōng bùdé chuaì chū jiǔ lái . wǒ shǐ tā huānhū de shēngyīn zhǐxī .

Joy and gladness are taken away from the orchards; no one sings or shouts in the vineyards; no one treads out wine at the presses, for I have put an end to the shouting.
11 Yīncǐ wǒ xīn fù wèi Móyē āi wū rú qín , wǒ xīncháng wéi jí Ěr hā liè shè , yĕ shì rúcǐ .

My heart laments for Moab like a harp, my inmost being for Kir Hareseth.
12 Móyē rén chaójiàn de shíhou , zaì gāo chù pí fá , yòu dào tā shèng suǒ qídǎo , yĕ bù méng yīngxǔ .

When Moab appears at her high place, she only wears herself out; when she goes to her shrine to pray, it is to no avail.
13 Zhè shì Yēhéhuá cóng qián lún Móyē de huà .

This is the word the LORD has already spoken concerning Moab.
14 Dàn xiànzaì Yēhéhuá shuō , sān nián zhī neì , zhào gùgōng de nián shǔ , Móyē de róngyào , yǔ tāde qúnzhòng , bì beì miǎoshì , shèng yú de rén , shén shǎo wú jī .

But now the LORD says: “Within three years, as a servant bound by contract would count them, Moab’s splendor and all her many people will be despised, and her survivors will be very few and feeble.”
