NKJV 30 Having received the piece of bread, he then went out immediately. And it was night. NIV 30 As soon as Judas had taken the bread, he went out. And it was night. NKJV 31 So, when he had gone out, Jesus said, "Now the Son of Man is glorified, and God is glorified in Him. NIV 31 When he was gone, Jesus said, “Now the Son of Man is glorified and God is glorified in him. NKJV 32 If God is glorified in Him, God will also glorify Him in Himself, and glorify Him immediately. NIV 32 If God is glorified in him,God will glorify the Son in himself, and will glorify him at once. NKJV 33 Little children, I shall be with you a little while longer. You will seek Me; and as I said to the Jews, 'Where I am going, you cannot come,' so now I say to you. NIV 33 “My children, I will be with you only a little longer. You will look for me, and just as I told the Jews, so I tell you now: Where I am going, you cannot come. NKJV 34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. NIV 34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. NKJV 35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another." NIV 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” NKJV 36 Simon Peter said to Him, "Lord, where are You going?" Jesus answered him, "Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward." NIV 36 Simon Peter asked him, “Lord, where are you going?” Jesus replied, “Where I am going, you cannot follow now, but you will follow later.” NKJV 37 Peter said to Him, "Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake." NIV 37 Peter asked, “Lord, why can’t I follow you now? I will lay down my life for you.” NKJV 38 Jesus answered him, "Will you lay down your life for My sake? Most assuredly, I say to you, the rooster shall not crow till you have denied Me three times. NIV 38 Then Jesus answered, “Will you really lay down your life for me? Very truly I tell you, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times!
