19 Gesù quindi rispose e disse loro: In verità, in verità io vi dico che il Figliuolo non può da se stesso far cosa alcuna, se non la vede fare dal Padre; perché le cose che il Padre fa, anche il Figlio le fa similmente.

Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.
