1 Yǐ hù sǐ hòu , Yǐsèliè rén yòu xíng Yēhéhuá yǎn zhōng kàn wéi è de shì ,
1 Again the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the LORD, now that Ehud was dead.
2 Yēhéhuá jiù bǎ tāmen fù yǔ zaì Xiàsuǒ zuò wáng de Jiānán wáng Yébīn shǒu zhōng . tāde jiāng jūn shì Xīxīlā , zhù zaì waìbāngrén de xià luó shè .
2 So the LORD sold them into the hands of Jabin king of Canaan, who reigned in Hazor. Sisera, the commander of his army, was based in Harosheth Haggoyim.
3 Yé bīn wáng yǒu tiĕ chē jiǔ bǎi liàng . tā dàdà qīyē Yǐsèliè rén èr shí nián , Yǐsèliè rén jiù hū qiú Yēhéhuá .
3 Because he had nine hundred chariots fitted with iron and had cruelly oppressed the Israelites for twenty years, they cried to the LORD for help.
4 Yǒu yī wèi nǚ xiānzhī míng jiào Dǐbōlā , shì Lābǐ duō de qī , dāngshí zuò Yǐsèliè de shì shī .
4 Now Deborah, a prophet, the wife of Lappidoth, was leading Israel at that time.
5 Tā zhù zaì Yǐfǎlián shān dì Lāmǎ hé Bótèlì zhōngjiān , zaì Dǐbōlā de zōng shù xià . Yǐsèliè rén dōu shàng Tānàli qù tīng pànduàn .
5 She held court under the Palm of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim, and the Israelites went up to her to have their disputes decided.
6 Tā dǎfa rén cóng Náfútālì de Jīdīsī jiāng yà bǐ nuó ān de érzi Bālā zhào le lái , duì tā shuō , Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè de shén fēnfu nǐ shuō , nǐ shuaìlǐng yī wàn Náfútālì hé Xībùlún rén shàng tā pō shān qù .
6 She sent for Barak son of Abinoam from Kedesh in Naphtali and said to him, “The LORD, the God of Israel, commands you: ‘Go, take with you ten thousand men of Naphtali and Zebulun and lead them up to Mount Tabor.
7 Wǒ bì shǐ yé bīn de jiāng jūn Xīxīlā shuaìlǐng tāde chēliàng hé quán jūn wǎng jī shùn hé , dào nǐ nàli qù . wǒ bìjiāng tā jiāo zaì nǐ shǒu zhōng .
7 I will lead Sisera, the commander of Jabin’s army, with his chariots and his troops to the Kishon River and give him into your hands.’ ”
8 Bālā shuō , nǐ ruò tóng wǒ qù , wǒ jiù qù . nǐ ruò bù tóng wǒ qù , wǒ jiù bú qù .
8 Barak said to her, “If you go with me, I will go; but if you don’t go with me, I won’t go.”
9 Dǐbōlā shuō , wǒ bì yǔ nǐ tóng qù , zhǐshì nǐ zaì suǒ xíng de lù shàng dé bú zhe róngyào , yīnwei Yēhéhuá yào jiāng Xīxīlā jiāo zaì yī gè fùrén shǒu lǐ . yúshì Dǐbōlā qǐlai , yǔ Bālā yītóng wǎng Jīdīsī qù le .
9 “Certainly I will go with you,” said Deborah. “But because of the course you are taking, the honor will not be yours, for the LORD will deliver Sisera into the hands of a woman.” So Deborah went with Barak to Kedesh.
10 Bālā jiù zhāo jù Xībùlún rén hé Náfútālì rén dào Jīdīsī , gēn tā shàng qù de yǒu yī wàn rén . Dǐbōlā yĕ tóng tā shàng qù .
10 There Barak summoned Zebulun and Naphtali, and ten thousand men went up under his command. Deborah also went up with him.
11 Móxī yuèfù ( huò zuò neì xiōng ) hé bā de hòuyì , Jīnírén xī bǎi céng líkāi jī ní zú , dào kàojìn Jīdīsī sǎ ná yīn de xiàngshù páng zhī dā zhàngpéng .
11 Now Heber the Kenite had left the other Kenites, the descendants of Hobab, Moses’ brother-in-law, and pitched his tent by the great tree in Zaanannim near Kedesh.
12 Yǒu rén gàosu Xīxīlā shuō , yà bǐ nuó ān de érzi Bālā yǐjing shàng tā pō shān le .
12 When they told Sisera that Barak son of Abinoam had gone up to Mount Tabor,
13 Xī Xīlā jiù jùjí suǒyǒude tiĕ chē jiǔ bǎi liàng hé gēnsuí tāde quán jūn , cóng waìbāngrén de xià luó shè chūlai , dào le jī shùn hé .
13 Sisera summoned from Harosheth Haggoyim to the Kishon River all his men and his nine hundred chariots fitted with iron.
14 Dǐbōlā duì Bālā shuō , nǐ qǐlai , jīnrì jiù shì Yēhéhuá jiāng Xīxīlā jiāo zaì nǐ shǒu de rìzi . Yēhéhuá qǐbù zaì nǐ qiántou xíng ma . yúshì Bālā xià le tā pō shān , gēnsuí tā yǒu yī wàn rén .
14 Then Deborah said to Barak, “Go! This is the day the LORD has given Sisera into your hands. Has not the LORD gone ahead of you?” So Barak went down Mount Tabor, with ten thousand men following him.
15 Yēhéhuá shǐ Xīxīlā hé tā yīqiè chēliàng quán jūn huì luàn , zaì Bālā miànqián beì dāo shā baì . Xīxīlā xià chē bùxíng taópǎo .
15 At Barak’s advance, the LORD routed Sisera and all his chariots and army by the sword, and Sisera got down from his chariot and fled on foot.
16 Bālā zhuīgǎn chēliàng , jūnduì , zhídào waìbāngrén de xià luó shè . Xīxīlā de quán jūn dōu dǎo zaì dāo xià , méiyǒu liú xià yī rén .
16 Barak pursued the chariots and army as far as Harosheth Haggoyim, and all Sisera’s troops fell by the sword; not a man was left.
17 Zhǐyǒu Xīxīlā bùxíng taópǎo , dào le Jīnírén xī bǎi zhī qī yǎ yì de zhàngpéng , yīnwei Xiàsuǒ wáng Yébīn yǔ Jīnírén xī bǎi jiā héhǎo .
17 Sisera, meanwhile, fled on foot to the tent of Jael, the wife of Heber the Kenite, because there was an alliance between Jabin king of Hazor and the family of Heber the Kenite.
18 Yǎ yì chūlai yíngjiē Xīxīlā , duì tā shuō , qǐng wǒ zhǔ jìnlái , búyào jùpà . Xīxīlā jiù jìn le tāde zhàngpéng . yǎ yì yòng beì jiāng tā zhēgaì .
18 Jael went out to meet Sisera and said to him, “Come, my lord, come right in. Don’t be afraid.” So he entered her tent, and she covered him with a blanket.
19 Xī Xīlā duì yǎ yì shuō , wǒ kĕ le , qiú nǐ gĕi wǒ yídiǎn shuǐ hē . yǎ yì jiù dǎkāi pídaì , gĕi tā nǎi zǐ hē , réngjiù bǎ tā zhēgaì .
19 “I’m thirsty,” he said. “Please give me some water.” She opened a skin of milk, gave him a drink, and covered him up.
20 Xī Xīlā yòu duì yǎ yì shuō , qǐng nǐ zhàn zaì zhàngpéng ménkǒu , ruò yǒu rén lái wèn nǐ shuō , yǒu rén zaì zhèlǐ méiyǒu . nǐ jiù shuō , méiyǒu .
20 “Stand in the doorway of the tent,” he told her. “If someone comes by and asks you, ‘Is anyone in there?’ say ‘No.’ ”
21 Xī Xīlā pí fá chén shuì . xī bǎi de qī yǎ yì qǔ le zhàngpéng de juézi , shǒu lǐ ná zhe chuí zǐ , qīng qiāoqiāo de dào tā pángbiān , jiāng juézi cóng tā bìn bian dīng jìn qù , dīng rù dì lǐ . Xīxīlā jiù sǐ le .
21 But Jael, Heber’s wife, picked up a tent peg and a hammer and went quietly to him while he lay fast asleep, exhausted. She drove the peg through his temple into the ground, and he died.
22 Bālā zhuīgǎn Xīxīlā de shíhou , yǎ yì chūlai yíngjiē tā shuō , lái ba , wǒ jiāng nǐ suǒ xúnzhǎo de rén gĕi nǐ kàn . tā jiù jìnrù zhàngpéng , kànjian Xīxīlā yǐjing sǐ le , dǎo zaì dì shàng , juézi hái zaì tā bìn zhōng .
22 Just then Barak came by in pursuit of Sisera, and Jael went out to meet him. “Come,” she said, “I will show you the man you’re looking for.” So he went in with her, and there lay Sisera with the tent peg through his temple—dead.
23 Zhèyàng , shén shǐ Jiānán wáng Yébīn beì Yǐsèliè rén zhìfú le .
23 On that day God subdued Jabin king of Canaan before the Israelites.
24 Cóngcǐ Yǐsèliè rén de shǒu yuèfā yǒulì , shēng le Jiānán wáng Yébīn , zhídào jiāng tā mièjué le .
24 And the hand of the Israelites pressed harder and harder against Jabin king of Canaan until they destroyed him.
