Luke 23:39-43

NAS 39 One of the criminals who were hanged there was hurling abuse at Him, saying, "Are You not the Christ? Save Yourself and us!" NIV 39 One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” NAS 40 But the other answered, and rebuking him said, "Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? NIV 40 But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? NAS 41 "And we indeed are suffering justly, for we are receiving what we deserve for our deeds ; but this man has done nothing wrong." NIV 41 We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.” NAS 42 And he was saying, "Jesus, remember me when You come in Your kingdom!" NIV 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. ” NAS 43 And He said to him, "Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise." NIV 43 Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”
