1 Guò le xiē rìzi , Yēsū yòu jìn le Jiābǎinóng . rén tīngjian tā zaì fángzi lǐ ,
1 A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home.
2 Jiù yǒu xǔduō rén jùjí , shènzhì lián jìn mén qián dōu méiyǒu kōng dì , Yēsū jiù duì tāmen jiǎng dào .
2 They gathered in such large numbers that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them.
3 Yǒu rén daì zhe yī ge tānzi lái jiàn Yēsū , shì yòng sì gèrén tái lái de .
3 Some men came, bringing to him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them.
4 Yīnwei rén duō , bùdé jìn qián , jiù bǎ Yēsū suǒ zaì de fángzi , chāi le fáng dǐng , jì chāi tōng le , jiù bǎ tānzi lián suǒ tǎng wò de rùzi dōu zhuì xià lái .
4 Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on.
5 Yēsū jiàn tāmende xìnxīn , jiù duì tānzi shuō , xiǎozi , nǐde zuì shè le .
5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”
6 Yǒu jǐ ge Wénshì zuò zaì nàli , xīnli yìlùn shuō ,
6 Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves,
7 Zhège rén wèishénme zhèyàng shuō ne . tā shuō jiànwàng de huà le . chúle shén yǐwaì , shuí néng shè zuì ne .
7 “Why does this fellow talk like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”
8 Yēsū xīn zhōng zhīdào tāmende xīnli zhèyàng yìlùn , jiù shuō , nǐmen xīnli wèishénme zhèyàng yìlùn ne .
8 Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, “Why are you thinking these things?
9 Huò duì tānzi shuō , nǐde zuì shè le , huò shuō , qǐlai ná nǐde rùzi xíng zǒu , nà yíyàng róngyi ne .
9 Which is easier: to say to this paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, take your mat and walk’?
10 Dàn yào jiào nǐmen zhīdào Rénzǐ zaì dì shang yǒu shè zuì de quánbǐng , jiù duì tānzi shuō ,
10 But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.” So he said to the man,
11 Wǒ fēnfu nǐ qǐlai , ná nǐde rùzi huí jiā qù ba .
11 “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.”
12 Nà rén jiù qǐlai , lìkè ná zhe rùzi , dāng zhòngrén miànqián chū qù le . yǐzhì zhòngrén dōu jīngqí , guī róngyào yǔ shén shuō , wǒmen cónglái méiyǒu jiàn guò zhèyàng de shì .
12 He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”
13 Yēsū yòu chū dào hǎi biān qù , zhòngrén dōu jiù le tā lái , tā biàn jiàoxun tāmen .
13 Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them.
14 Yēsū jīngguò de shíhou , kànjian Yàlèféi de érzi Lìwèi , zuò zaì shuì guān shang , jiù duì tā shuō , nǐ gēn cóng wǒ lái . tā jiù qǐlai gēn cóng le Yēsū .
14 As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth. “Follow me,” Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.
15 Yēsū zaì Lìwèi jiā lǐ zuòxí de shíhou , yǒu hǎoxiē shuìlì hé zuì rén , yǔ Yēsū bìng méntǔ yītóng zuòxí . yīnwei zhèyàng de rén duō , tāmen yĕ gēnsuí Yēsū .
15 While Jesus was having dinner at Levi’s house, many tax collectors and sinners were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him.
16 Fǎlìsaìrén zhōng de Wénshì , ( yǒu gǔ juàn zuò Wénshì hé Fǎlìsaìrén ) kànjian Yēsū hé zuì rén bìng shuìlì yītóng chī fàn , jiù duì tāde méntǔ shuō , tā hé shuìlì bìng zuì rén yītóng chī hē ma .
16 When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the sinners and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: “Why does he eat with tax collectors and sinners?”
17 Yēsū tīngjian , jiù duì tāmen shuō , jiànkāng de rén yòng bu zhaó yīshēng , yǒu bìng de rén cái yòng de zhaó . wǒ lái bĕn bú shì zhào yì rén , nǎi shì zhào zuì rén .
17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
18 Dāngxià , Yuēhàn de méntǔ hé Fǎlìsaìrén jìnshí . tāmen lái wèn Yēsū shuō , Yuēhàn de méntǔ hé Fǎlìsaìrén de méntǔ jìnshí , nǐde méntǔ dào bú jìnshí , zhè shì wèishénme ne .
18 Now John’s disciples and the Pharisees were fasting. Some people came and asked Jesus, “How is it that John’s disciples and the disciples of the Pharisees are fasting, but yours are not?”
19 Yēsū duì tāmen shuō , xīnláng hé péibàn zhī rén tóng zaì de shíhou , beì bàn zhī rén qǐnéng jìnshí ne . xīnláng hái tóng zaì , tāmen bùnéng jìnshí .
19 Jesus answered, “How can the guests of the bridegroom fast while he is with them? They cannot, so long as they have him with them.
20 Dàn rìzi jiāng dào , xīnláng yào líkāi tāmen , nà rì tāmen jiù yào jìnshí .
20 But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and on that day they will fast.
21 Méiyǒu rén bǎ xīn bù fùng zaì jiù yīfu shang . kǒngpà suǒ bǔ shang de xīn bù , daì huaì le jiù yīfu , pò de jiù gèng dà le .
21 “No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. Otherwise, the new piece will pull away from the old, making the tear worse.
22 Yĕ mĕi yǒu rén bǎ xīn jiǔ zhuāng zaì jiù pí daì lǐ . kǒngpà bǎ pídaì liè kāi , jiǔ hé pídaì jiù dōu huaì le . wéi bǎ xīn jiǔ zhuāng zaì xīn pídaì lǐ .
22 And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins.”
23 Yēsū dāng ānxīrì , cóng maì dì jīngguò . tāde méntǔ xíng lù de shíhou , qiā le maìsuì .
23 One Sabbath Jesus was going through the grainfields, and as his disciples walked along, they began to pick some heads of grain.
24 Fǎlìsaìrén duì Yēsū shuō , kàn nǎ , tāmen zaì ānxīrì wèishénme zuò bùkĕ zuò de shì ne .
24 The Pharisees said to him, “Look, why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath?”
25 Yēsū duì tāmen shuō , jīng shang jì zhe Dàwèi hé gēn cóng tāde rén , quē fá jī è zhī shí suǒ zuò de shì , nǐmen méiyǒu niàn guò ma .
25 He answered, “Have you never read what David did when he and his companions were hungry and in need?
26 Tā dāng yà bǐ yà tā zuò Dàjìsī de shíhou , zĕnyàng jìn le shén de diàn , chī le Chénshèbǐng , yòu gĕi gēn cóng tāde rén chī . zhè bǐng chúle jìsī yǐwaì , rén dōu bùkĕ chī .
26 In the days of Abiathar the high priest, he entered the house of God and ate the consecrated bread, which is lawful only for priests to eat. And he also gave some to his companions.”
27 Yòu duì tāmen shuō , ānxīrì shì wéirén shèlì de , rén bú shì wèi ānxīrì shèlì de .
27 Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
28 Suǒyǐ Rénzǐ yĕ shì ānxīrì de zhǔ
28 So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”
