1 ( shang xíng ( huò zuò dēng jiē xià tóng ) zhī shī wǒ zaì jí nán zhōng qiúgào Yēhéhuá , tā jiù yīngyún wǒ .

I call on the LORD in my distress, and he answers me.
2 Yēhéhuá a , qiú nǐ jiù wǒ tuōlí shuōhuǎng de zuǐchún , hé guǐzhà de shétou .

Save me, LORD, from lying lips and from deceitful tongues.
3 Guǐzhà de shétou a , yào gĕi nǐ shénme ne . yào ná shénme jiā gĕi nǐ ne .

What will he do to you, and what more besides, you deceitful tongue?
4 Jiù shì yǒng shì de lì jiàn , hé luó téng mù ( xiǎo shù míng sōng leì ) de tànhuǒ .

He will punish you with a warrior’s sharp arrows, with burning coals of the broom bush.
5 Wǒ jìjū zaì Mǐshè , zhù zaì jī dá zhàngpéng zhī zhōng , yǒu huò le .

Woe to me that I dwell in Meshek, that I live among the tents of Kedar!
6 Wǒ yǔ nà hèn è hémù de rén , xǔjiǔ tóng zhù .

Too long have I lived among those who hate peace.
7 Wǒ yuàn hémù . dàn wǒ fā yán , tāmen jiù yào zhēng zhàn .

I am for peace; but when I speak, they are for war.
