2 E’ come l’olio squisito che, sparso sul capo, scende sulla barba, sulla barba d’Aaronne, che scende fino all’orlo de’ suoi vestimenti;

It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron’s beard, down on the collar of his robe.
3 è come la rugiada dell’Hermon, che scende sui monti di Sion; poiché quivi l’Eterno ha ordinato che sia la benedizione, la vita in eterno.

It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.
