1 ( Dàwèi de shī ) Yēhéhuá a , qiú nǐ tīng wǒde dǎogào , liú xīn tīng wǒde kĕnqiú , píng nǐde xìnshí hé gōngyì yīngyún wǒ .

LORD, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy; in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief.
2 Qiú nǐ búyào shĕnwèn púrén . yīnwei zaì nǐ miànqián , fán huó zhe de rén , méiyǒu yī gè shì yì de .

Do not bring your servant into judgment, for no one living is righteous before you.
3 Yuánlái chóudí bīpò wǒ , jiāng wǒ dǎdǎo zaì dì , shǐ wǒ zhù zaì yōuàn zhī chù , xiàng sǐ le xǔjiǔ de rén yíyàng .

The enemy pursues me, he crushes me to the ground; he makes me dwell in the darkness like those long dead.
4 Suǒyǐ , wǒde líng zaì wǒ lǐmiàn fā hūn . wǒde xīn zaì wǒ lǐmiàn qī cǎn .

So my spirit grows faint within me; my heart within me is dismayed.
5 Wǒ zhuī xiǎng gǔ shí zhī rì , sīxiǎng nǐde yīqiè zuòwéi , mò niàn nǐ shǒu de gōngzuò .

I remember the days of long ago; I meditate on all your works and consider what your hands have done.
6 Wǒ xiàng nǐ jǔ shǒu . wǒde xīn kĕ xiǎng nǐ , rú gān hàn zhī dì pàn yǔ yíyàng . ( xì lā )

I spread out my hands to you; I thirst for you like a parched land.
7 Yēhéhuá a , qiú nǐ sù sù yīngyún wǒ . wǒ xīn shén hàojìn . búyào xiàng wǒ yǎn miàn , miǎndé wǒ xiàng nàxiē xià kēng de rén yíyàng .

Answer me quickly, LORD; my spirit fails. Do not hide your face from me or I will be like those who go down to the pit.
8 Qiú nǐ shǐ wǒ qīngchén dé tīng nǐ cíaì zhī yán , yīn wǒ yǐkào nǐ . qiú nǐ shǐ wǒ zhīdào dāng xíng de lù , yīn wǒde xīn yǎngwàng nǐ .

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.
9 Yēhéhuá a , qiú nǐ jiù wǒ tuōlí wǒde chóudí . wǒ wǎng nǐ nàli cáng shēn .

Rescue me from my enemies, LORD, for I hide myself in you.
10 Qiú nǐ zhǐjiào wǒ zūnxíng nǐde zhǐyì , yīn nǐ shì wǒde shén . nǐde líng bĕn wèi shàn . qiú nǐ yǐn wǒ dào píngtǎn zhī dì .

Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.
11 Yēhéhuá a , qiú nǐ wèi nǐde míng jiāng wǒ jiùhuó . píng nǐde gōngyì , jiāng wǒ cóng huànnàn zhōng lǐng chūlai .

For your name’s sake, LORD, preserve my life; in your righteousness, bring me out of trouble.
12 Píng nǐde cíaì jiǎnchú wǒde chóudí , mièjué yīqiè kǔdaì wǒde rén , yīn wǒ shì nǐde púrén .

In your unfailing love, silence my enemies; destroy all my foes, for I am your servant.
