1 ( Dàwèi de shī ) Yēhéhuá wǒde pánshí , shì yīngdāng chēngsòng de . tā jiàodǎo wǒde shǒu zhēng zhàn , jiàodǎo wǒde zhítou dǎzhàng .

Praise be to the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.
2 Tā shì wǒ cíaì de zhǔ , wǒde shān zhaì , wǒde gāo tái , wǒde jiù zhǔ , wǒde dùnpái , shì wǒ suǒ tóukào de . tā shǐ wǒde bǎixìng fú zaì wǒ yǐxià .

He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me.

LORD, what are human beings that you care for them, mere mortals that you think of them?

They are like a breath; their days are like a fleeting shadow.
5 Yēhéhuá a , qiú nǐ shǐ tiān xiàchuī , qīnzì jiànglín , mó shān , shān jiù mào yān .

Part your heavens, LORD, and come down; touch the mountains, so that they smoke.
6 Qiú nǐ fāchū shǎndiàn , shǐ tāmen sì sǎn , shè chū nǐde jiàn , shǐ tāmen rǎoluàn .

Send forth lightning and scatter the enemy; shoot your arrows and rout them.
7 Qiú nǐ cóng shang shēnshǒu jiù bá wǒ , jiù wǒ chū lí dà shuǐ , jiù wǒ tuōlí waìbāngrén de shǒu .

Reach down your hand from on high; deliver me and rescue me from the mighty waters, from the hands of foreigners

deliver me; rescue me from the hands of foreigners whose mouths are full of lies, whose right hands are deceitful.
12 Wǒmen de érzi , cóng yòunián hǎoxiàng shù zāi zǐ zhǎngdà . wǒmen de nǚér rútóng diàn jiǎo shí , shì àn jiàn gōng de yàngshì zaó chéng de .

Then our sons in their youth will be like well-nurtured plants, and our daughters will be like pillars carved to adorn a palace.
13 Wǒmen de cāng yíng mǎn , néng chū gèyàng de liángshi . wǒmen de yáng , zaì tiánjiān zī shēng qiāwàn .

Our barns will be filled with every kind of provision. Our sheep will increase by thousands, by tens of thousands in our fields;
14 Wǒmen de niú tuó zhe mǎn tuó , méiyǒu rén chuǎng jìnlái qiǎngduó , yĕ méiyǒu rén chū qù zhēng zhàn . wǒmen de jiēshì shang , yĕ méiyǒu kū haó de shēngyīn .

our oxen will draw heavy loads.There will be no breaching of walls, no going into captivity, no cry of distress in our streets.
15 Yùjiàn zhè guāngjǐng de bǎixìng , biàn wèi yǒu fú . yǒu Yēhéhuá wèi tāmende shén , zhè bǎixìng biàn wèi yǒu fú .
