1 Te exaltaré, SEÑOR, porque me levantaste,porque no dejaste que mis enemigos se burlaran de mí.

I will exalt you, LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me.
2 SEÑOR mi Dios, te pedí ayuday me sanaste.

LORD my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.
3 Tú, SEÑOR, me sacaste del sepulcro;me hiciste revivir de entre los muertos.

You, LORD, brought me up from the realm of the dead; you spared me from going down to the pit.
4 Canten al SEÑOR, ustedes sus fieles;alaben su santo nombre.

Sing the praises of the LORD, you his faithful people; praise his holy name.
5 Porque solo un instante dura su enojo,pero toda una vida su bondad.Si por la noche hay llanto,por la mañana habrá gritos de alegría.

For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
6 Cuando me sentí seguro, exclamé:«Jamás seré conmovido».

When I felt secure, I said, “I will never be shaken.”
7 Tú, SEÑOR, en tu buena voluntad,me afirmaste en elevado baluarte;pero escondiste tu rostro,y yo quedé confundido.

LORD, when you favored me, you made my royal mountain stand firm; but when you hid your face, I was dismayed.
8 A ti clamo, SEÑOR soberano;a ti me vuelvo suplicante.

To you, LORD, I called; to the Lord I cried for mercy:
9 ¿Qué ganas tú con que yo muera,con que descienda yo al sepulcro?¿Acaso el polvo te alabaráo proclamará tu verdad?

“What is gained if I am silenced, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it proclaim your faithfulness?
10 Oye, SEÑOR; compadécete de mí.¡Sé tú, SEÑOR, mi ayuda!

Hear, LORD, and be merciful to me; LORD, be my help.”
11 Convertiste mi lamento en danza;me quitaste la ropa de lutoy me vestiste de fiesta,

You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,
