1 Yēhéhuá a , yǔ wǒ xiāng zhēng de , qiú nǐ yǔ tāmen xiāng zhēng . yǔ wǒ xiāng zhàn de , qiú nǐ yǔ tāmen xiāng zhàn .

Contend, LORD, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me.
2 Ná zhe dà xiǎo de dùnpái , qǐlai bāngzhu wǒ .

Take up shield and armor; arise and come to my aid.
3 Chōu chū qiāng lái , dǎng zhù nà zhuīgǎn wǒde . qiú nǐ duì wǒde línghún shuō , wǒ shì zhĕngjiù nǐde .

Brandish spear and javelinagainst those who pursue me. Say to me, “I am your salvation.”
4 Yuàn nà xún suǒ wǒ méng de , méng xiū shòu rǔ . yuàn nà móu haì wǒde , tuì hòu xiūkuì .

May those who seek my life be disgraced and put to shame; may those who plot my ruin be turned back in dismay.
5 Yuàn tāmen xiàng fēng qián de kāng , yǒu Yēhéhuá de shǐzhĕ gǎn zhú tāmen .

May they be like chaff before the wind, with the angel of the LORD driving them away;
6 Yuàn tāmende dàolù , yòu àn yòu huá , yǒu Yēhéhuá de shǐzhĕ zhuīgǎn tāmen .

may their path be dark and slippery, with the angel of the LORD pursuing them.
7 Yīn tāmen wú gù de wèi wǒ àn shè wǎngluó . wú gù de wā kēng yào haì wǒde xìngméng .

Since they hid their net for me without cause and without cause dug a pit for me,
8 Yuàn zāihuò hūrán líndào tā shēnshang . yuàn tā àn shè de wǎng chán zhù zìjǐ . yuàn tā luō zaì qízhōng zāo zāihuò .

may ruin overtake them by surprise— may the net they hid entangle them, may they fall into the pit, to their ruin.
9 Wǒde xīn bì kào Yēhéhuá kuaìlè , kào tāde jiùēn gāoxìng .

Then my soul will rejoice in the LORDand delight in his salvation.
10 Wǒde gútou dōu yào shuō , Yēhéhuá a , shuí néng xiàng nǐ jiù hù kùnkǔ rén , tuōlí nà bǐ tā qiángzhuàng de , jiù hù kùnkǔ qióngfá rén , tuōlí nà qiǎngduó tāde .

My whole being will exclaim, “Who is like you, LORD? You rescue the poor from those too strong for them, the poor and needy from those who rob them.”
11 Xiōngè de jiànzhèng rén qǐlai , pánwèn wǒ suǒ bù zhīdào de shì .

Ruthless witnesses come forward; they question me on things I know nothing about.
12 Tāmen xiàng wǒ yǐ è bào shàn , shǐ wǒde línghún gū kǔ .

They repay me evil for good and leave me like one bereaved.
13 Zhìyú wǒ , dāng tāmen yǒu bìng de shíhou , wǒ biàn chuān má yì , jìnshí kè kǔ jǐ xīn . wǒ suǒ qiú de dōu guī dào zìjǐ de huái zhōng .

Yet when they were ill, I put on sackcloth and humbled myself with fasting. When my prayers returned to me unanswered,
14 Wǒ zhèyàng xíng , hǎoxiàng tā shì wǒde péngyou , wǒde dìxiōng . wǒ qū shēn bēiāi , rútóng rén wèi mǔqin āitòng .

I went about mourning as though for my friend or brother. I bowed my head in grief as though weeping for my mother.
15 Wǒ zaì huànnàn zhōng , tāmen què huānxǐ , dàjiā jùjí . wǒ suǒ bù rènshi de nàxiē xià liú rén , jùjí gōngjī wǒ . tāmen bù zhù de bǎ wǒ sī liĕ .

But when I stumbled, they gathered in glee; assailants gathered against me without my knowledge. They slandered me without ceasing.
16 Tāmen rútóng xí shang hǎo xī xiào de kuáng wàng rén , xiàng wǒ yǎo yá .

Like the ungodly they maliciously mocked;they gnashed their teeth at me.
17 Zhǔ a , nǐ kàn zhe bù lǐ , yào dào jǐshí ne . qiú nǐ jiù wǒde línghún , tuōlí tāmende cánhaì , jiù wǒde shēngmìng , tuōlí shǎo zhuàng shīzi . ( shēngmìng yuánwén zuò dú yī zhĕ )

How long, Lord, will you look on? Rescue me from their ravages, my precious life from these lions.
18 Wǒ zaì dà huì zhōng yào chēngxiè nǐ , zaì zhòng mín zhōng yào zànmĕi nǐ .

I will give you thanks in the great assembly; among the throngs I will praise you.
19 Qiú nǐ bùróng nà wú lǐ yǔ wǒ wèi chóu de , xiàng wǒ kuā yào . bùróng nà wú gù hèn wǒde , xiàng wǒ jǐ yǎn .

Do not let those gloat over me who are my enemies without cause; do not let those who hate me without reason maliciously wink the eye.
20 Yīnwei tāmen bú shuō hépíng huà . dǎo xiǎng chū guǐzhà de yányǔ , haì dì shang de ānjìng rén .

They do not speak peaceably, but devise false accusations against those who live quietly in the land.
21 Tāmen dàdà zhāng kǒu gōngjī wǒ , shuō , a hā , a hā , wǒmen de yǎn yǐjing kànjian le .

They sneer at me and say, “Aha! Aha! With our own eyes we have seen it.”
22 Yēhéhuá a , nǐ yǐjing kànjian le . qiú nǐ búyào bì kǒu . zhǔ a , qiú nǐ búyào yuǎn lí wǒ .

LORD, you have seen this; do not be silent. Do not be far from me, Lord.
23 Wǒde shén wǒde zhǔ a , qiú nǐ fèn xīng xǐng qǐ , pàn qīng wǒde shì , shēn míng wǒde yuān .

Awake, and rise to my defense! Contend for me, my God and Lord.
24 Yēhéhuá wǒde shén a , qiú nǐ àn nǐde gōngyì pànduàn wǒ , bùróng tāmen xiàng wǒ kuā yào .

Vindicate me in your righteousness, LORD my God; do not let them gloat over me.
25 Bùróng tāmen xīnli shuō , a hā , zhú wǒmen de xīnyuàn le . bùróng tāmen shuō , wǒmen yǐjing bǎ tā tūn le .

Do not let them think, “Aha, just what we wanted!” or say, “We have swallowed him up.”
26 Yuàn nà xǐhuan wǒ zāo nán de , yītóng bào kuì méng xiū . yuàn nà xiàng wǒ wàng zì zūn dà de , pī cánkuì , méng xiūrǔ .

May all who gloat over my distress be put to shame and confusion; may all who exalt themselves over me be clothed with shame and disgrace.
27 Yuàn nà xǐyuè wǒ yuān qū dé shēn de , ( yuān qū dé shēn yuánwén zuò gōngyì ) , huānhū kuaìlè . yuàn tāmen cháng shuō , dāng zūn Yēhéhuá wéi dà . Yēhéhuá xǐyuè tāde púrén píngān .

May those who delight in my vindication shout for joy and gladness; may they always say, “The LORD be exalted, who delights in the well-being of his servant.”
28 Wǒde shétou , yào zhōng rì lún shuō nǐde gōngyì , shícháng zànmĕi nǐ .

My tongue will proclaim your righteousness, your praises all day long.
