1 ( Kĕlā hòuyì de shīgē , jiāo gĕi líng zhǎng , diàoyòng nǚ yīn ) shén shì wǒmen de bìnàn suǒ , shì wǒmen de lìliang , shì wǒmen zaì huànnàn zhōng suí shí de bāngzhu .

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Suǒyǐ dì suī gǎibiàn , shān suī yáodòng dào hǎi xīn ,

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 Qízhōng shuǐ suī hōng fānteng , shān suī yīn hǎi zhǎng ér zhàn dǒu , wǒmen yĕ bù haìpà . ( xì lā ) .

though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.
4 Yǒu yī dào hé . zhè hé de fēn chà , shǐ shén de chéng huānxǐ . zhè chéng jiù shì zhìgāo zhĕ jūzhù de shèng suǒ .

There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5 Shén zaì qízhōng . chéng bì bù dòng yáo . dào tiān yī liàng , shén bì bāngzhu zhè chéng .

God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day.
6 Waì bāng xuān nāng , liè guó dòng yáo . shén fā shēng , dì biàn rónghuà .

Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
7 Wàn jūn zhī Yēhéhuá yǔ wǒmen tóng zaì . Yǎgè de shén shì wǒmen de bìnàn suǒ . ( xì lā ) .

The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.
8 Nǐmen lái kàn Yēhéhuá de zuòwéi , kàn tā shǐ dì zĕnyàng huāngliáng .

Come and see what the LORD has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth.
9 Tā zhǐxī dāobīng , zhídào dìjí . tā zhé gōng duàn qiāng , bǎ zhàn chē fùnshāo zaì huǒ zhōng .

He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire.
10 Nǐmen yào xiūxi , yào zhīdào wǒ shì shén . wǒ bì zaì waì bāng zhōng beì zūnchóng , zaì biàn dì shang yĕ beì zūnchóng .

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
11 Wàn jūn zhī Yēhéhuá yǔ wǒmen tóng zaì . Yǎgè de shén , shì wǒmen de bìnàn suǒ .
