1 ( Yà sà de shī ) dà néng zhĕ shén Yēhéhuá , yǐjing fā yán zhāohū tiān xià , cóng rì chū zhī dì dào rìluò zhī chù .

The Mighty One, God, the LORD, speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sun to where it sets.
2 Cóng quán mĕi de Xī \'ān zhōng , shén yǐjing fāguāng le .

From Zion, perfect in beauty, God shines forth.
3 Wǒmen de shén yào lái , jué bù bì kǒu . yǒu lièhuǒ zaì tāmen miànqián tūn miè , yǒu bàofēng zaì tā sìwéi dà guā .

Our God comes and will not be silent; a fire devours before him, and around him a tempest rages.
4 Tā zhāohū shàngtiān xià dì , wéi yào shĕnpàn tāde mín ,

He summons the heavens above, and the earth, that he may judge his people:
5 Shuō , zhāo jù wǒde shèng mín dào wǒ zhèlǐ lái , jiù shì nàxiē yòng jìwù yǔ wǒ lì yuē de rén .

“Gather to me this consecrated people, who made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”
6 Zhū tiān bì biǎomíng tāde gōngyì . yīnwei shén shì shīxíng shĕnpàn de . ( xì lā )

And the heavens proclaim his righteousness, for he is a God of justice.
7 Wǒde mín nǎ , nǐmen dāng tīng wǒde huà . Yǐsèliè a , wǒ yào quànjiè nǐ . wǒ shì shén , shì nǐde shén .

“Listen, my people, and I will speak; I will testify against you, Israel: I am God, your God.
8 Wǒ bìng bù yīn nǐde jìwù zébeì nǐ . nǐde Fánjì cháng zaì wǒ miànqián .

I bring no charges against you concerning your sacrifices or concerning your burnt offerings, which are ever before me.
9 Wǒ bù cóng nǐ jiā zhōng qǔ gōngniú , yĕ bù cóng nǐ juān neì qǔ shānyáng .

I have no need of a bull from your stall or of goats from your pens,
10 Yīnwei shùlín zhōng de bǎi shòu shì wǒde , qiā shān de shēngchù yĕ shì wǒde .

for every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills.
11 Shān zhōng de fēiniǎo , wǒ dōu zhīdào . yĕdì de zǒushòu , yĕ dōu shǔ wǒ .

I know every bird in the mountains, and the insects in the fields are mine.
12 Wǒ ruò shì jīè , wǒ búyòng gàosu nǐ . yīnwei shìjiè , hé qízhōng suǒ chōngmǎn de , dōu shì wǒde .

If I were hungry I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it.
13 Wǒ qǐ chī gōngniú de ròu ne . wǒ qǐ hē shānyáng de xuè ne .

Do I eat the flesh of bulls or drink the blood of goats?
14 Nǐmen yào yǐ gǎnxiè wèi zhaì xiàn yǔ shén . yòu yào xiàng zhìgāo zhĕ huán nǐde yuàn .

“Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High,
15 Bìng yào zaì huànnàn zhī rì qiúgào wǒ , wǒ bì dājiù nǐ . nǐ yĕ yào róngyào wǒ .

and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
16 Dàn shén duì è rén shuō , nǐ zĕn gǎn chuánshuō wǒde lǜ lì , kǒu zhōng tí dào wǒde yuē ne .

But to the wicked person, God says: “What right have you to recite my laws or take my covenant on your lips?
17 Qíshí nǐ hèn è guǎngjiào , jiāng wǒde yányǔ diū zaì bēi hòu .

You hate my instruction and cast my words behind you.
18 Nǐ jiàn le dàozéi , jiù lèyì yǔ tā tóng huǒ , yòu yǔ xíng jiānyín de rén , yītóng yǒu fēn .

When you see a thief, you join with him; you throw in your lot with adulterers.
19 Nǐ kǒu rén shuō è yán , nǐ shé biān zào guǐzhà .

You use your mouth for evil and harness your tongue to deceit.
20 Nǐ zuò zhe huǐbàng nǐde xiōngdi , chán huǐ nǐ qéng mǔ de érzi .

You sit and testify against your brother and slander your own mother’s son.
21 Nǐ xíng le zhèxie shì , wǒ hái bì kǒu bù yán . nǐ xiǎng wǒ qià hé nǐ yíyàng . qíshí wǒ yào zébeì nǐ , jiāng zhèxie shì bǎi zaì nǐ yǎnqián .

When you did these things and I kept silent, you thought I was exactly like you. But I now arraign you and set my accusations before you.
22 Nǐmen wàngjì shén de , yào sīxiǎng zhè shì , miǎndé wǒ bǎ nǐmen sī suì , wú rén dājiù .

“Consider this, you who forget God, or I will tear you to pieces, with no one to rescue you:
23 Fán yǐ guǎ xiè xiànshang wèi haì de , biàn shì róngyào wǒ . nà àn zhèng lù ér xíng de , wǒ biàn shǐ tā dé zhe wǒde jiùēn .

Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me, and to the blameless I will show my salvation.”
