1 Rújīn nàxiē zaì Jīdū Yēsū lǐ de , jiù bú dìng zuì le .

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
2 Yīnwei cì shēngmìng de Shènglíng de lǜ , zaì Jīdū Yēsū lǐ shìfàng le wǒ , shǐ wǒ tuōlí zuì hé sǐ de lǜ le .

because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.

For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,
4 Shǐ lǜfǎ de yì chéngjiù zaì wǒmen zhè bú suícóng ròutǐ , zhǐ suícóng Shènglíng de rénshēn shàng .

in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
6 Tǐtiē ròutǐ de , jiù shì sǐ , tǐtiē Shènglíng de , nǎi shì shēngmìng , píngān .

The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.
7 Yuánlái tǐtiē ròutǐ de , jiù shì yǔ shén wéi chóu . yīnwei bú fú shén de lǜfǎ , yĕ shì bùnéng fú .

The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.
8 Érqiĕ shǔ ròutǐ de rén , bùnéng dé shén de xǐhuan .

Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.
9 Rúguǒ shén de líng zhù zaì nǐmen xīnli , nǐmen jiù bú shǔ ròutǐ , nǎi shǔ Shènglíng le . rén ruò méiyǒu Jīdū de líng , jiù bú shì shǔ Jīdū de .

You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.
10 Jīdū ruò zaì nǐmen xīnli , shēntǐ jiù yīn zuì ér sǐ , xīnlíng què yīn yì ér huó .

But if Christ is in you, then even though your body is subject to death because of sin, the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.
11 Ránér jiào Yēsū cóng sǐ lǐ fùhuó zhĕ de líng , ruò zhù zaì nǐmen xīnli , nà jiào Jīdū Yēsū cóng sǐ lǐ fùhuó de , yĕ bì jiè zhe zhù zaì nǐmen xīnli de Shènglíng , shǐ nǐmen bì sǐ de shēntǐ yòu huó guō lái .

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.
12 Dìxiōng men , zhèyàng kàn lái , wǒmen bìng bú shì qiàn ròutǐ de zhaì , qù shùncóng ròutǐ huó zhe .

Therefore, brothers and sisters, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it.
13 Nǐmen ruò shùncóng ròutǐ huó zhe bìyào sǐ . ruò kào zhe Shènglíng zhìsǐ shēntǐ de ĕ xíng bìyào huó zhe .

For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.
14 Yīnwei fán beì shén de líng yǐndǎo de , dōu shì shén de érzi .

For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.
15 Nǐmen suǒ shòu de bú shì núpú de xīn , réngjiù haìpà . suǒ shòu de nǎi shì érzi de xīn , yīncǐ wǒmen hūjiào a bà , fù .

The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.”
16 Shènglíng yǔ wǒmen de xīn tóng zhèng wǒmen shì shén de érnǚ .

The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.
17 Jì shì érnǚ , biàn shì hòusì , jiù shì shén de hòusì , hé Jīdū tóng zuò hòusì . rúguǒ wǒmen hé tā yītóng shòu kǔ , yĕ bì hé tā yītóng dé róngyào .

Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.
18 Wǒ xiǎng xiànzaì de kǔchǔ , ruò bǐ jiānglái yào xiǎn yú wǒmen de róngyào , jiù bùzú jiè yì le .

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
19 Shòu zào zhī wù , qiē wàng dĕnghòu shén de zhòng zǐ xiǎn chūlai .

For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.
20 Yīnwei shòu zào zhī wù fú zaì xū kòng zhī xià , bú shì zìjǐ yuànyì , nǎi shì yīn nà jiào tā rúcǐ de .

For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope
21 Dàn shòu zào zhī wù réngrán zhǐwang tuōlí baìhuaì de xiá zhì , dé xiǎng shén érnǚ zìyóu de róngyào . ( xiǎng yuánwén zuò rù )

that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.
22 Wǒmen zhīdào yīqiè shòu zào zhī wù , yītóng tànxī laókǔ , zhídào rújīn .

We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time.
23 Búdàn rúcǐ , jiù shì wǒmen zhè yǒu Shènglíng chū jié guǒzi de , yĕ shì zìjǐ xīnli tànxī , dĕnghòu dé zhe érzi de míngfèn , nǎi shì wǒmen de shēntǐ dé shú .

Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies.
24 Wǒmen déjiù shì zaìhu pànwàng . zhǐshì suǒ jiàn de pànwàng bú shì pànwàng . shuí hái pànwàng tā suǒ jiàn de ne . ( yǒu gǔ juǎn zuò rén suǒ kànjian de hébì zaì pànwàng ne )

For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?
25 Dàn wǒmen ruò pànwàng nà suǒ bú jiàn de , jiù bì rĕnnaì dĕnghòu .

But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
26 Kuàngqiĕ wǒmen de ruǎnfuò yǒu Shènglíng bāngzhu , wǒmen bĕn bú xiǎodé dàng zĕnyàng dǎogào , zhǐshì Shènglíng qīnzì yòng shuō bú chūlai de tànxī , tì wǒmen dǎogào .

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
27 Jiàn chá rén xīn de , xiǎodé Shènglíng de yìsi yīnwei Shènglíng zhào zhe shén de zhǐyì tì shèngtú qíqiú .

And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.
28 Wǒmen xiǎodé mò shì dōu hùxiāng xiàolì , jiào aì shén de rén dé yìchu , jiù shì àn tā zhǐyì beì zhào de rén .

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
29 Yīnwei tā yùxiān suǒ zhīdào de rén , jiù yùxiān déng xià xiàofǎ tā érzi de mó yàng , shǐ tā érzi zaì xǔduō dìxiōng zhòng zuò zhǎngzǐ .

For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.
30 Yùxiān suǒ déng xià de rén yòu zhào tāmen lái . suǒ zhào lái de rén , yòu chēng tāmen wéi yì . suǒ chēngwèi yì de rén , yòu jiào tāmen dé róngyào .

And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.
31 Jì shì zhèyàng , hái yǒu shénme shuō de ne . shén ruò bāngzhu wǒmen , shuí néng dǐdǎng wǒmen ne .

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
32 Shén jì bú aìxī zìjǐ de érzi wéi wǒmen zhòngrén shĕ le , qǐbù yĕ bǎ wànwù hé tā yītóng báibái de cìgĕi wǒmen má .

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
33 Shuí néng kònggào shén suǒ jiǎnxuǎn de rén ne . yǒu shén chēng tāmen wéi yì le . ( huò zuò shì chēng tāmen wéi yì de shén má )

Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.
34 Shuí néng déng tāmende zuì ne . yǒu Jīdū Yēsū yǐjing sǐ le , érqiĕ cóng sǐ lǐ fùhuó , xiànjīn zaì shén de yòubiān , yĕ tì wǒmen qíqiú . ( yǒu Jīdū yúnyún huò zuò shì yǐjing sǐ le érqiĕ cóng sǐ lǐ fùhuó xiànjīn zaì shén de yòubiān yĕ tì wǒmen qíqiú de Jīdū Yēsū má )

Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.
35 Shuí néng shǐ wǒmen yǔ Jīdū de aì géjué ne . nándào shì huànnàn má , shì kùnkǔ má , shì bīpò má , shì jī è má , shì chìshēnlòutǐ má , shì wēixiǎn má , shì dāo jiàn má .

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?
36 Rú jìng shàng suǒ jì , wǒmen wéi nǐde yuángù , zhōng rì beì shā . rén kàn wǒmen rú jiāng zǎi de yáng

As it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 Ránér kào zhe wǒmen de zhǔ , zaì zhè yīqiè de shì shàng , yǐjing déshèng yǒuyú le .

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
38 Yīnwei wǒ shēnxìn wúlùn shì shēng , shì tiānshǐ , shì zhǎngquán de , shì yǒu néng de , shì xiànzaì de shì , shì jiānglái de shì ,

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,
39 Shì gāo chù de , shì dī chù de , shì biéde shòu zào zhī wù , dōu bùnéng jiào wǒmen yǔ shén de aì géjué . zhè aì shì zaì wǒmen de zhǔ Jīdū lǐ de .

neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
