32 διὰ τί; ὅτι οὐκ ἐκ πίστεως ἀλλ’ ὡς ἐξ ἔργων · προσέκοψαν τῷ λίθῳ τοῦ προσκόμματος,
32 Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone.
