5 Micaía su hijo, Reaía su hijo, Baal su hijo

6 Beera su hijo, el cual fue transportado por Tiglat-pileser rey de los asirios. Este era príncipe de los rubenitas

7 Y sus hermanos por sus familias, cuando eran contados en sus descendencias, tenían por príncipes a Jeiel y a Zacarías

8 Y Bela hijo de Azaz, hijo de Sema, hijo de Joel, habitó en Aroer hasta Nebo y Baal-meón

9 Habitó también desde el oriente hasta la entrada del desierto desde el río Eufrates; porque sus ganados se habían multiplicado en la tierra de Galaad

10 Y en los días de Saúl trajeron guerra contra los agarenos (ismaelitas), los cuales cayeron en su mano; y ellos habitaron en sus tiendas sobre toda la parte oriental de Galaad

11 Y los hijos de Gad habitaron enfrente de ellos en la tierra de Basán hasta Salca

This chapter relates the genealogy of the tribes that lived on the other side Jordan; of the Reubenites, 1Ch 5:1-10, of the Gadites, 1Ch 5:11-17 of the half tribe of Manasseh, 1Ch 5:23,24 and of their war with the Hagarites, in conjunction with each other, and their conquest of them, 1Ch 5:18-22 and who for their sins were all carried captive by the king of Assyria, 1Ch 5:25,26.
