The Glorious Return
29"But immediatelyafter the 16tribulation of thosedays17THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND 18THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

"And then19the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and thenall the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see20the SON OF MANCOMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and greatglory.

"And 21He will sendforth His angels with 22A GREATTRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHERTOGETHER His 23elect from 24the fourwinds, from one end of the sky to the other.
Parable of the Fig Tree
32"Nowlearn the parable from the figtree: when its branch has alreadybecometender and putsforth its leaves, you know that summer is near;

so, you too, when you seeallthesethings, recognize that He is near, right 25at the door.

"For as in thosedaysbefore the flood they were eating and drinking, 31marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that 32Noahentered the ark,

and they did not understanduntil the floodcame and took them allaway; so will the 33coming of the Son of Man be.
