11 "In that day I will restore David's1 fallen tent.2 I will repair its broken places, restore its ruins,3 and build it as it used to be,4 12 so that they may possess the remnant of Edom5 and all the nations that bear my name,a6" declares the LORD, who will do these things.7 13 "The days are coming,"8 declares the LORD, "when the reaper9 will be overtaken by the plowman10 and the planter by the one treading11 grapes. New wine12 will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills.13 14 I will bring14 back my exiledb15 people Israel; they will rebuild the ruined cities16 and live in them. They will plant vineyards17 and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit.18 15 I will plant19 Israel in their own land,20 never again to be uprooted21 from the land I have given them,"22 says the LORD your God.23Scripture quoted by permission.
