20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought : 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew : for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written , He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. 10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 31 And they that use this world, as not abusing it: for the fashion of this world passeth away .
