41 And Adonijah and all the guests that were with him heard it as they had made an end of eating . And when Joab heard the sound of the trumpet, he said , Wherefore is this noise of the city being in an uproar ? 1 And Solomon made affinity with Pharaoh king of Egypt, and took Pharaoh's daughter, and brought her into the city of David, until he had made an end of building his own house, and the house of the LORD, and the wall of Jerusalem round about. 9 So he built the house, and finished it; and covered the house with beams and boards of cedar. 14 So Solomon built the house, and finished it. 38 And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion of it. So was he seven years in building it. 1 But Solomon was building his own house thirteen years, and he finished all his house. 40 And Hiram made the lavers, and the shovels, and the basons. So Hiram made an end of doing all the work that he made king Solomon for the house of the LORD: 54 And it was so, that when Solomon had made an end of praying all this prayer and supplication unto the LORD, he arose from before the altar of the LORD, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread up to heaven. 1 And it came to pass, when Solomon had finished the building of the house of the LORD, and the king's house, and all Solomon's desire which he was pleased to do , 14 For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste , neither shall the cruse of oil fail , until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth. 16 And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by Elijah. 11 And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made him horns of iron: and he said , Thus saith the LORD, With these shalt thou push the Syrians, until thou have consumed them.
