28 So Joab blew a trumpet, and all the people stood still , and pursued after Israel no more, neither fought they any more . 10 Then Toi sent Joram his son unto king David, to salute him, and to bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer, and smitten him: for Hadadezer had wars with Toi. And Joram brought with him vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and vessels of brass: 17 And when it was told David, he gathered all Israel together , and passed over Jordan, and came to Helam. And the Syrians set themselves in array against David, and fought with him. 17 And the men of the city went out , and fought with Joab: and there fell some of the people of the servants of David; and Uriah the Hittite died also. 20 And if so be that the king's wrath arise , and he say unto thee, Wherefore approached ye so nigh unto the city when ye did fight ? knew ye not that they would shoot from the wall? 26 And Joab fought against Rabbah of the children of Ammon, and took the royal city. 27 And Joab sent messengers to David, and said , I have fought against Rabbah, and have taken the city of waters. 29 And David gathered all the people together , and went to Rabbah, and fought against it, and took it. 15 Moreover the Philistines had yet war again with Israel; and David went down , and his servants with him, and fought against the Philistines: and David waxed faint .
