He said: "The LORD came from Sinai1 and dawned over them from Seir;2 he shone forth3 from Mount Paran.4 He came witha myriads of holy ones5 from the south, from his mountain slopes.b

Surely it is you who love6 the people; all the holy ones are in your hand.7 At your feet they all bow down,8 and from you receive instruction,

the law that Moses gave us,9 the possession of the assembly of Jacob.10

He was king11 over Jeshurunc12 when the leaders of the people assembled, along with the tribes of Israel.
