Then the LORDawill be 1zealous for His land And bwill have2pity on His people.

The LORDcwill answer and say to His people, "Behold, I am going to 3send you grain, newwine and oil, And you will be satisfied in full with dthem; And I will 4neveragainmake you a reproach among the nations.

"But I will remove the 5northern army far from you, And I will drive it into a parched and desolateland, And its vanguard into the 6easternsea, And its rear guard into the 7westernsea. And its 8stench will arise and its foulsmell will come up, For it has donegreatthings."
219Do not fear, O land, rejoice and be glad, For the LORD has done10greatthings.

Do not fear, beasts of the field, For the 11pastures of the wilderness have turnedgreen, For the tree has borne its fruit, The figtree and the vine have yieldedein full.

So rejoice, O 12sons of Zion, And 13be glad in the LORD your God ; For He has 14given you fthe earlyrain for your vindication. And He has poureddown for you the rain, The gearly and h15latterrainias before.

The threshingfloors will be full of grain, And the vats will 16overflow with the newwine and oil.

"Then I will make up to you for the years That the swarming17locust has eaten, The creepinglocust, the strippinglocust and the gnawinglocust, My greatarmywhich I sent among you.

"You will have plenty to 18eat and be satisfied And 19praise the name of the LORD your God, Who has 20dealtwondrously with you; Then My people will 21never be put to shame.
27
"Thus you will 22know that I am in the midst of Israel, And that I am the LORD your God, And there is 23noother ; And My people will never be 24put to shame.
