20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein : and his bishoprick let another take . 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance . 13 Others mocking said , These men are full of new wine. 40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort , saying , Save yourselves from this untoward generation. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved . 18 Till another king arose , which knew not Joseph. 17 But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace , declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said , Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed , and went into another place. 35 Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. 35 Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also. 7 Whom Jason hath received : and these all do contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, one Jesus. 21 (For all the Athenians and strangers which were there spent their time in nothing else, but either to tell , or to hear some new thing.) 34 Howbeit certain men clave unto him, and believed : among the which was Dionysius the Areopagite, and a woman named Damaris, and others with them. 39 But if ye enquire any thing concerning other matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly. 15 And we sailed thence, and came the next day over against Chios; and the next day we arrived at Samos, and tarried at Trogyllium; and the next day we came to Miletus. 6 But when Paul perceived that the one part were Sadducees, and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee: of the hope and resurrection of the dead I am called in question . 1 And when it was determined that we should sail into Italy, they delivered Paul and certain other prisoners unto one named Julius, a centurion of Augustus' band. 3 And the next day we touched at Sidon. And Julius courteously entreated Paul, and gave him liberty to go unto his friends to refresh himself .
