2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting . 47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved . 11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things. 10 And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house. 11 Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction: and our fathers found no sustenance. 37 And Philip said , If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest . And he answered and said , I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. 31 Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified ; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied . 42 And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord. 22 And they said , Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee. 37 That word, I say, ye know , which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached ; 26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass , that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. 28 And there stood up one of them named Agabus, and signified by the Spirit that there should be great dearth throughout all the world: which came to pass in the days of Claudius Caesar. 49 And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region. 22 Then pleased it the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas; namely, Judas surnamed Barsabas, and Silas, chief men among the brethren: 8 And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house; and many of the Corinthians hearing believed , and were baptized . 27 So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised , and her magnificence should be destroyed , whom all Asia and the world worshippeth . 29 And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre. 30 And all the city was moved , and the people ran together : and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut . 31 And as they went about to kill him, tidings came unto the chief captain of the band, that all Jerusalem was in an uproar . 30 On the morrow, because he would have known the certainty wherefore he was accused of the Jews, he loosed him from his bands, and commanded the chief priests and all their council to appear , and brought Paul down , and set him before them. 30 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him,
