12 And when they lifted up their eyes afar off, and knew him not, they lifted up their voice, and wept ; and they rent every one his mantle, and sprinkled dust upon their heads toward heaven. 19 How much less in them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth? 6 Although affliction cometh not forth of the dust, neither doth trouble spring out of the ground; 5 My flesh is clothed with worms and clods of dust; my skin is broken , and become loathsome . 21 And why dost thou not pardon my transgression, and take away mine iniquity? for now shall I sleep in the dust; and thou shalt seek me in the morning , but I shall not be. 19 Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth shall others grow . 9 Remember , I beseech thee, that thou hast made me as the clay; and wilt thou bring me into dust again ? 19 The waters wear the stones: thou washest away the things which grow out of the dust of the earth; and thou destroyest the hope of man. 26 They shall lie down alike in the dust, and the worms shall cover them. 16 Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay; 6 To dwell in the clifts of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks. 19 He hath cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust and ashes. 38 When the dust groweth into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together ? 13 Hide them in the dust together; and bind their faces in secret . 33 Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear. 6 Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.
