33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending , and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. 10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink ; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst ; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. 19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do : for what things soever he doeth , these also doeth the Son likewise. 46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. 39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. 42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. 41 Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say , We see ; therefore your sin remaineth . 21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died . 22 But I know , that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. 32 Then when Mary was come where Jesus was , and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died . 24 Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake . 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. If ye loved me , ye would rejoice , because I said , I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. 16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain : that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. 19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come , he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear , that shall he speak : and he will shew you things to come . 23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you , Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. 30 They answered and said unto him, If he were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered him up unto thee. 36 Jesus answered , My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight , that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. 23 Whose soever sins ye remit , they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain , they are retained .
