3 And Judah said unto Simeon his brother, Come up with me into my lot, that we may fight against the Canaanites; and I likewise will go with thee into thy lot. So Simeon went with him. 17 And yet they would not hearken unto their judges , but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned quickly out of the way which their fathers walked in , obeying the commandments of the LORD; but they did not so. 8 And Barak said unto her, If thou wilt go with me, then I will go : but if thou wilt not go with me, then I will not go . 9 And she said , I will surely go with thee: notwithstanding the journey that thou takest shall not be for thine honour; for the LORD shall sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And Deborah arose , and went with Barak to Kedesh. 24 And the hand of the children of Israel prospered , and prevailed against Jabin the king of Canaan, until they had destroyed Jabin king of Canaan. 10 Speak , ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way. 21 Then the angel of the LORD put forth the end of the staff that was in his hand, and touched the flesh and the unleavened cakes; and there rose up fire out of the rock, and consumed the flesh and the unleavened cakes. Then the angel of the LORD departed out of his sight. 1 And the men of Ephraim said unto him, Why hast thou served us thus, that thou calledst us not, when thou wentest to fight with the Midianites? And they did chide with him sharply. 8 The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us. 11 But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees? 13 And the vine said unto them, Should I leave my wine, which cheereth God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees? 8 And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, Therefore we turn again to thee now, that thou mayest go with us, and fight against the children of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead. 3 Then his father and his mother said unto him, Is there never a woman among the daughters of thy brethren, or among all my people, that thou goest to take a wife of the uncircumcised Philistines? And Samson said unto his father, Get her for me; for she pleaseth me well . 9 And he took thereof in his hands, and went on eating , and came to his father and mother, and he gave them, and they did eat : but he told not them that he had taken the honey out of the carcase of the lion. 9 And Micah said unto him, Whence comest thou? And he said unto him, I am a Levite of Bethlehemjudah , and I go to sojourn where I may find a place. 5 And they said unto him, Ask counsel , we pray thee, of God, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous . 14 Then answered the five men that went to spy out the country of Laish, and said unto their brethren, Do ye know that there is in these houses an ephod, and teraphim, and a graven image, and a molten image? now therefore consider what ye have to do . 17 And the five men that went to spy out the land went up , and came in thither, and took the graven image, and the ephod, and the teraphim, and the molten image: and the priest stood in the entering of the gate with the six hundred men that were appointed with weapons of war. 9 And when the man rose up to depart , he, and his concubine, and his servant, his father in law , the damsel's father, said unto him, Behold, now the day draweth toward evening , I pray you tarry all night : behold, the day groweth to an end , lodge here, that thine heart may be merry ; and to morrow get you early on your way, that thou mayest go home. 18 And he said unto him, We are passing from Bethlehemjudah toward the side of mount Ephraim; from thence am I: and I went to Bethlehemjudah , but I am now going to the house of the LORD; and there is no man that receiveth me to house. 21 And see , and, behold, if the daughters of Shiloh come out to dance in dances, then come ye out of the vineyards, and catch you every man his wife of the daughters of Shiloh, and go to the land of Benjamin. 24 And the children of Israel departed thence at that time, every man to his tribe and to his family, and they went out from thence every man to his inheritance.
