For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
And she spake out with a loud voice, and said , Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.
And, lo , the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid .
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold , I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;
And in the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice,
And he arose out of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's mother was taken with a great fever; and they besought him for her.
And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.
And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying , That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people.
When he saw Jesus, he cried out , and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said , What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.
Then the whole multitude of the country of the Gadarenes round about besought him to depart from them; for they were taken with great fear: and he went up into the ship, and returned back again .
It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took , and cast into his garden; and it grew , and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in the branches of it.
Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:
And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed : so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot ; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
And one of them, when he saw that he was healed , turned back , and with a loud voice glorified God,
And when he was come nigh , even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen ;
And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
But woe unto them that are with child , and to them that give suck , in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people.
And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished : there make ready .
And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified . And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed .
And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said , Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost .
And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
