Young's Literal Translation
And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart.
And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said , Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased .
And he came down with them, and stood in the plain , and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;
But as they sailed he fell asleep : and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy .
And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said , Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did ?
And Jesus answering said , A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment , and wounded him, and departed , leaving him half dead .
And by chance there came down a certain priest that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side .
In that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away : and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back .
I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased ; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted .
And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up , and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste , and come down ; for to day I must abide at thy house.
And he made haste , and came down , and received him joyfully .
And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.
