8 Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. 3 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. 11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father , will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace , the stones would immediately cry out . 44 And shall lay thee even with the ground , and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation. 17 And he beheld them, and said , What is this then that is written , The stone which the builders rejected , the same is become the head of the corner? 18 Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken ; but on whomsoever it shall fall , it will grind him to powder . 5 And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said , 6 As for these things which ye behold , the days will come , in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down . 41 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down , and prayed , 2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
