Young's Literal Translation
Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.
If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father , will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?
And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace , the stones would immediately cry out .
And shall lay thee even with the ground , and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.
And he beheld them, and said , What is this then that is written , The stone which the builders rejected , the same is become the head of the corner?
Whosoever shall fall upon that stone shall be broken ; but on whomsoever it shall fall , it will grind him to powder .
And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said ,
As for these things which ye behold , the days will come , in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down .
And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down , and prayed ,
And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
