Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying unto him, Lord, trouble not thyself : for I am not worthy that thou shouldest enter under my roof:
24And he cried and said , Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
11And again he sent another servant: and they beat him also, and entreated him shamefully , and sent him away empty. 12And again he sent a third: and they wounded him also, and cast him out .13Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do ? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.
