Young's Literal Translation
I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
They shall come , and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born , that he hath done this.
Fear took hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail .
That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born ; who should arise and declare them to their children:
I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to them that know me: behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this man was born there.
And of Zion it shall be said , This and that man was born in her: and the highest himself shall establish her.
The LORD shall count , when he writeth up the people, that this man was born there. Selah.
Before the mountains were brought forth , or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
