Arise, O LORD , in Your anger; Lift up Yourself against the rage of my adversaries, And arouse Yourself for me; You have appointed judgment.
Stir up Yourself, and awake to my right And to my cause, my God and my Lord .
Arouse Yourself, why do You sleep, O Lord ? Awake, do not reject us forever.
Awake, my glory! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn.
For no guilt of mine, they run and set themselves against me. Arouse Yourself to help me, and see!
Like a dream when one awakes, O Lord , when aroused, You will despise their form.
But He, being compassionate, forgave their iniquity and did not destroy them; And often He restrained His anger And did not arouse all His wrath.
Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up Your power And come to save us!
Awake, harp and lyre; I will awaken the dawn!
