I am not ashamed of the gospel,1 because it is the power of God2 for the salvation of everyone who believes:3 first for the Jew,4 then for the Gentile.517
For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed,6 a righteousness that is by faith7 from first to last,a just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."b8
