Mark 11:23

23 Yes! I tell you that whoever does not doubt in his heart but trusts that what he says will happen can say to this mountain, `Go and throw yourself into the sea!' and it will be done for him.

Mark 11:23 Meaning and Commentary

Mark 11:23

For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto
this mountain
The Mount of Olives, at, or near which they now were,

be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea;
that is, of Galilee, which was nearest, and yet many miles off:

and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those
things which he saith shall come to pass;
not only as to removing a mountain, and casting it into the sea, but any thing equally difficult;

he shall have whatsoever he saith:
whatever he commands shall be done; (See Gill on Matthew 21:21).

Mark 11:23 In-Context

21 Kefa remembered and said to Yeshua, "Rabbi! Look! The fig tree that you cursed has dried up!"
22 He responded, "Have the kind of trust that comes from God!
23 Yes! I tell you that whoever does not doubt in his heart but trusts that what he says will happen can say to this mountain, `Go and throw yourself into the sea!' and it will be done for him.
24 Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, trust that you are receiving it, and it will be yours.
25 And when you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him; so that your Father in heaven may also forgive your offenses."
