45 Zhè yīqiè zhòuzǔ bì zhuīsuí nǐ , gǎn shàng nǐ , zhídào nǐ mièwáng . yīnwei nǐ bú tīng cóng Yēhéhuá nǐ shén de huà , bú zūnshǒu tā suǒ fēnfu de jièmìng lǜ lì .

Deuteronomy 28:45

Moreover, all these curses shall come upon thee
Before related, as well as what follow:

and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee till thou be destroyed;
which though they would endeavour to flee from and escape, should not be able, since they would follow them so closely and swiftly, and overtake them, and seize upon them; see ( Deuteronomy 28:15 ) ;

because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to
keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee;
to which disobedience all the curses are to be imputed that go before or follow after.
