The word of the LORD came to Haggai1 a second time on the twenty-fourth day of the month:221
"Tell Zerubbabel3 governor of Judah that I will shake4 the heavens and the earth.

I will overturn5 royal thrones and shatter the power of the foreign kingdoms.6 I will overthrow chariots7 and their drivers; horses and their riders8 will fall, each by the sword of his brother.9
