And He said, "Go into the city to a certainman, and say to him, 'The Teachersays, "My time is near; I am to keep the Passover at your house with My disciples."' "

"The Son of Man is to go, just as it is written of Him; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have beengood for that manif he had not been born."

While they were eating, Jesustook some bread, and after a blessing, He broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."

ThenJesussaid to them, "You will allfallawaybecause of Me thisnight, for it is written, 'I WILL STRIKEDOWN THE SHEPHERD, AND THE SHEEP OF THE FLOCK SHALL BE SCATTERED.'

And He went a littlebeyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let thiscuppass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will."

Then He came to the disciples and said to them, "Are you stillsleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.

While He was stillspeaking, behold, Judas, one of the twelve, came up accompanied* by a largecrowd with swords and clubs, who came from the chiefpriests and elders of the people.

At that timeJesussaid to the crowds, "Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest Me as you would against a robber? Everyday I used to sit in the templeteaching and you did not seize Me.

But Peter was following Him at a distance as far as the courtyard of the highpriest, and entered in, and satdown with the officers to see the outcome.

Jesussaid to him, "You have said it yourself; nevertheless I tell you, hereafter* you will see THE SON OF MANSITTING AT THE RIGHTHAND OF POWER, and COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF HEAVEN."
