Isaiah 11:11-16 NIV

11 In that day1 the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant2 that is left of his people from Assyria,3 from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt,a4 from Cush,b5 from Elam,6 from Babylonia,c from Hamath7 and from the islands8 of the sea.9
