We hoped for peace1 but no good has come, for a time of healing but there was only terror.216

Since my people are crushed,15 I am crushed; I mourn,16 and horror grips me.
Is there no balm in Gilead?17 Is there no physician18 there? Why then is there no healing19 for the wound of my people?
